I ordered a bowl. I asked for rice and fajita veggies. When the lady put the fajita veggies into my bowl some spilled out on to the countertop. She swiped them up with her hands and put them into my bowl while asking me what protein I wanted. I complained and said, “that’s gross” I explained how she put the fajita veggies back in my bowl after they fell on the counter. She told me the counter was clean. I was dumbfounded. I had to complain more. It made a scene, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. She haphazardly threw my bowl into the garbage and nastily said, “I’ll make you another one!” She then proceeded to put very tiny amounts of each item in my bowl. I had to ask three times for each item to be added again. It was such an awful experience. When I got to the register I asked another employee the woman’s name who caused me such distress. Her name was Lucy. Lucy is a poor representation of what Chipotle is. She is rude, uncaring and doesn’t make me want to return to Chipotle.

I’m never the type to write a review but this really just needed to be reported. 11/17/2025 around 6:30-7:30pm. I start to put my order with the girl in the front.. no chicken. Heard no problem. Me and my 10 year old daughter chose steak. I got a bowl and she got a burrito. 2 bites in she says it’s too chewy.. I agreed that mine was too but I kept eating. She proceeded to take another bite and literally almost chocked on the steak. I went to the kind girl on Togo side and I explained to her and she said I’m so sorry and told me the chicken will be done in about 14 mins. 7 minutes on each side. I said that’s fine. I waited. I still had my daughter’s burrito in hand with just the 2 bites on it that she had taken. I waited patiently for the chicken to be done. I hear that the chicken is up so I continue to go with the burrito in my hand and asked the kind girl in Togo if I should just throw it out and she’s said yes that fine, asked me what was in my daughter burrito and started to make it for me. Here comes another employee named Charlie and starts talking in Spanish, not knowing that I myself speak and understand the language… he starts to tell two girls standing that “ If she ate it, she needs to pay for both of them”. So I proceeded to say “actually she didn’t eat it. I showed the girl both times that I still had the burrito in my hand. She told me to throw it out..” both girls looked so shocked that I actually heard him and understood. He didn’t say a word and just walked away. The sweet girl handed me my burrito and says that she’s so sorry about that and I said yeah, he needs to watch his mouth. And the girl just kept saying sorry. I’m just so annoyed at how he came over handling it. The whole time I was there even before my issue, he just seemed very unpleasant and I just feel bad for whoever had to work 8 hours plus with that guy. Charlie do better !!!!!!

12/19/25 at approximately 9:50 PM they were out of half of the items (they close at 11). We tried to make it work anyways (my husband and I) so that wasn’t the problem. This rating is due solely to the poor customer service. There was a girl with pink & blonde hair and glasses that was so rude, condescending and disrespectful towards my husband because he wanted her to honor the price that he was told BY THE MANAGER and she refused. She got nasty, curt, and as someone who has worked customer service before and KNOWS the customer isn’t always right – she was dead wrong. The girl started laughing when my husband started displaying his frustration towards the .. how she put it… “it’s just a dollar difference”… but that wasn’t it at all. He only started getting upset because of how she was handling him. She didn’t even wait until we walked out to start mimicking him, pointing at the menu (that did NOT have the carne sada price on it – which is why he went by the mangers word)… essentially she was rude, unpleasant, had horrible customer service, and seemingly immature or unhappy with her own being. There was a language barrier with the manager which is why this interaction with the cashier lasted as long as it did.

Food and service were good. The cashier was phenomenal. He overheard my husband had an avocado allergy and offered to bag the food orders separately to not take a chance. Boo one had ever offered to do that before. Great service from him!!

Good service. I ordered a veggie bowl N still got 2-3 pieces of meat in it.
The grilled veggies had hard pieces of black stuff from the grill in it i had to keep picking out lol
They did give guacamole included in veggie bowl some places charge even for veggie bowls
Girls restroom is hard to lock too ♀️

I pre-ordered a steak bowl and picked it up around 3 p.m. using the drive-thru pickup window. My order was ready on time and completely correct, and I didn’t have to wait at all. The service was smooth, customer service was great, and the food was fresh and delicious. Overall, a very good experience.

The food was great as always. I ordered four chicken bowls with chips. During checkout, the cashier asked the employee preparing to-go orders if she could get a bag since I had multiple items and they had ran out at the register. The employee responded “no” and stated the bags were for to-go orders only, which came across as very rude and unnecessary. It was unreasonable to expect me to carry four bowls and chips to my car. Thankfully, the cashier handled the situation professionally by walking over and getting a bag herself. It’s disappointing that there was an issue over something as simple as a bag.

This particular location is by far the dirtiest and the worst service of all locations. 5 out of 10 times you order, the rice is under cooked, and I’ve made management and corporate aware of this issue. Tables are ALWAYS dirty, and garbage cans full to the top. Area for utensils and soda are always low on product. The staff wear gloves for no reason because they touch money, counters, hats and hair and then serve/touch your food. They are always missing something on the line. Today they did not have medium sauce or queso.

The lady on 12/12 at 4:45pm with glasses and pink hair had an attitude when I asked could she please rewrap my burrito because the lady who made it just folded it over. She said sure no problem. When she gets to it she said why does she want it rewrapped? it’s just sour cream on the outside. She said under her breath “if you want a double wrap just say that because doing this is just wasting time.” Oh I’m sorry for pulling you away from the register! Mind you I was the only person in line . When she came back I said “Thank you SO MUCH for rewrapping it for me, I really appreciate it .” She said oh no problem! Have a good day. Please keep the same energy through and through.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally complain about the service I received at your Winter Haven location today, November 5, 2025, at approximately 9:15 PM. The employee at the counter treated me with blatant disrespect, displaying both attitude and body language as if I had done something wrong.
I purchased one bowl and five sides, which I politely requested to be placed on the side. Despite my polite request, the employee responded with a condescending and unprofessional attitude. When I asked for a handle for my order, I was told that I wasn’t entitled to one, which made no sense. If your policy requires multiple bowls for a handle, that is understandable, but there is absolutely no excuse for the disrespectful behavior I experienced.
Furthermore, I am handicapped, which made the lack of proper service even more difficult. The interaction was unprofessional, unnecessary, and disrespectful.
I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and for staff to be reminded to treat all customers with courtesy, patience, and professionalism.
