This is now my spot for Popeyes. The customer service was great. Loved how they had a manager and the owner there to oversee what goes on. Loved how I saw that both manager and owner jumped in to help their staff. The food was great and on point. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Staff were friendly. My order came out correct and I did not have to pay for the sauce, like some Popeyes have people doing, which does not make sense. Overall this place was great and I will continue to come here.

I had a great experience at this Popeyes location. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. I asked for a fresh biscuit, and instead of brushing it off or giving me a look, the employee actually took the time to check and make sure it was hot and fresh. It’s small things like that that make a big difference. The food was good, the staff was respectful, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Definitely a solid experience — keep up the good work.

With no one else in line the dude who’s supposed to be taking orders as he packs other orders. I asked him can I place an order after I saw him pack at least 5 orders? He goes “I need time” in the nastiest way and continues packing food.
On top – last two times I was here I was served $25 Brick but gave it a chance the 2nd time and suffered the same. I left and will NEVER step foot into this location ever again.
Abid – your customers are not being served. The short dude in the front needs to be mopping floors out back. He isn’t customer ready.

The best Popeyes I’ve experienced compared to other locations around the states. They don’t charge extra if you ask for more sauce and the food comes out relatively fast when their not too busy. I typically have a low bar for service and this location is good, they are at least trying to help. Tried the new fish sandwich and it was great. Crunchy outside and a soft yummy fish interior. Definitely ordering again if I’m tired of chicken.

I’m pretty sure this establishment gave me food poisoning. Because the way my stomach was KILLING me and I was bed ridden for 2 days afterwards was just not it. I ordered the ROJO combo meal, which includes the sandwich, fries, and a soda (sprite tasted very fat). In my entire adult life I’ve only had one other horrific post-meal experience THIS bad, and this one comes out to be just as bad. No one should have to suffer from a mundane task like eating a quick lunch from my work break. I’m writing this as a warning to anyone and for Popeyes to take accountability to work on the quality of their food that they serve to customers. Even as I’m typing this, I am trembling, curled up, and clenching my jaw in PAIN. We demand and deserve better or else this establishment NEEDS to close. It’s DANGEROUS to serve food that is unsafe for consumption. Please check yourselves and do better.

The food is never hot, but I had to reheat it, and the service was ok, the lady would stare at me and say nothing, but the gentleman came over and ask if I needed help, ughhh but they have to work on customer service.
