I ordered online and headed over to pick up. Pulled up to the pickup window and was greeted within seconds. The lady who came to the window was polite and my order was ready. The food was great and I’m always impressed with how much food you get for the price.

I’ve been going to this choochoos since I was young, the food never disappoints. It’s the best late night dinner. I love sitting down and studying, the lights are low enough to sit for long hours. The staff members are sweet and the wait on food is never long! Highly recommend!

I will never eat at this establishment again and I advise anyone that has a choice to eat at this restaurant vs another to choose somewhere else based off store policy that says they can care less bout any customer! I ordered a chicken bowl 9.49 and a steak and shrimp entree 14.99 (which I ordered steak and shrimp). I received 2 chicken bowls. I ordered it to go. I live in Bogart. I called and they tell me store policy is that I have 24 hours to bring the food back and they will switch it for what I ordered. I explained that my issue is that I chose to eat at their restaurant and they made a mistake and I either drive from Bogart tonight and switch it or get a refund for the difference or I bring back a plate the next day that they will throw away. Either way if I take it back tomorrow, I starve tonight based on an error that you made! Make it make sense. And all I heard was store policy, store policy. We’ll any establishment that is that cheap and doesn’t value the customers that they serve especially when they make a mistake, does not ever deserve another penny from me! This is the 2nd issue that I’ve had with this store and there won be a third. Don’t eat here!

$15 for scraps!!! Save your money and go elsewhere. I loved to at Choo Choo back in 2018 I don’t know what they doing in there now because this is HIGHLY disappointing! Order teriyaki chicken and shrimp & only got approximately 6 shrimp. Pissed isn’t the word!!

Bulgoki is the only dish that I order at Choo Choo. It comes with sweet and savory grilled beef, cabbage, carrots, and plenty of perfectly-clumped fried rice, with delicious yum-yum and teriyaki-ginger sauces for condiments. This is my favorite Asian fast food experience, which cannot be enjoyed completely without the use of chopsticks.

I ordered the steak and shrimp with a side of rice. The steak’s texture was great and tender however, it was bland — along with the rice, lettuce, and shrimp. Shrimp did not have as good as a texture as the steak.
First thoughts: Gosh, it’s a lot of food, my cravings will be satisfied!
Afterthoughts: I had like 3 steak nuggets and 4 shrimps. Felt like this is children food. Felt ripped off for the price paid. The rice was supposed to be a side but >50% of the box is filled with rice. It filled the whole bottom of the to-go box with rice and put the steak, shrimp, and lettuce on top to demonstrate the illusion of more meat than there really was.

I ordered online last night haven’t ate at choo choo for over a year. I tried the teriyaki chicken and shrimp with fried rice . I’m so thankful that my food was good I hope the food stay on point for everyone else.
