My dad has a terrible experience here. I ordered him a kids meal chicken strip. He bit into it and it immediately punctured the roof of his mouth causing abrasions. Which led him to bleed. It’s unfortunate and I’d highly recommend checking your kids meals are actually edible.

Tulsa locations are much better!! The coffee and tea at bartlesville location is terrible!! Coffee tastes so bitter like it’s been sitting there since the day before. Tea tastes like they haven’t cleaned the tea container in forever!! I have given them many chances. Food is ok but Tulsa locations much much better. I don’t go to bartlesville location anymore. There are other places with much better chicken sandwiches and chicken strips.

Our first time here at Chick-fil-A. They are always busy when we come down so we bypass them, today we decided to stop in, we should have tried sooner. All the food was Excellent, service was fast even though the were busy. Our cashier and server Micah was quick, polite and accurate, repeated back the order and counted out our change. The chicken was moist with a crisp spicy crust. The fries were moist while fully cooked. Tables and bathrooms were clean. All employees we saw were courteous and definitely not lazy. Would recommend no matter how busy they appear.

This isin Chic fil a Bartlesville. Chic fil a food is always the best. I only gave 3 stars because of the service and atmosphere. I was order unsweet tea with flavor but no sugar but they had no idea of what I was talking about. I told them I always order it in Tulsa Ok, but they said they did not have it. I guess they didn’t know their drinks. I am posting the picture of the flavored unsweet tea with zero sugar after writing this review. Plus they asked me if I wanted sauce and I asked for Buffalo sauce and Chic fil a sauce but neither was inside the bag. The lady who handed me my order looks like the supervisor since she is wearing a gray color uniform different than the rest of them. Plus they need to smile more. None of them look happy serving people.

It was a busy Saturday lunch time, inside and out. The order line moved quickly. There were plenty of empty tables, but due to our arrival being at the end of a rush, we did have to wait a couple minutes for one to be cleaned, not bad. Shortly after our meal was delivered andthere were at least 2 staff cleaning tables and a third sweeping. The cob salad looked fresh and was enjoyed. The chicken club sandwich on pretzel bun was good. But the bun was too small for the meat and cheese, which made it messy and a bit hard to hold onto. It and the fries were fresh, so overall a good lunch.

I just don’t like their chicken. The breading is nasty. There is no need for the breading to taste sweet like cereal, that’s gross. I thought it was the spicy chicken that I didn’t like because of the nasty sweet taste. No it’s all of it.

I ordered a #2 with a lemonade and fries got 2 sandwiches. There’s was about 6/8 employees standing around by the window only 1/2 working. Always check your order cause they can’t get it right. I won’t return to this establishment.

I went through the drive up and sat while the right lane is now APP where people just go right through, so we wait in line TOO LONG to get our order in!! A three piece chicken strip, waffle fries and drink, medium for those, and a parfait…$15.00??? The chicken “strips” are TINY, with a lot of unedible grisly breading. And the parfait was less than half full! Definitely won’t go back!!!

I stopped here last Friday night, because my two month old was having a sad trip back to Tulsa. Was able to change and console my little guy and ordered a kids meal- the girl who took my order was very kind and genuine which I was so grateful for. I took my meal to go and sat down just to finish burping my peanut and they offered me an extra berry lemonade which made my night. Then I took my food for the road and discovered they had put thrown 8 nuggets in my kids meal- (managers don’t come for them it was such a blessing ) I just needed that pick me up so badly- God bless these sweet workers! I would make that my go-to Chick-fil-A if I didn’t live an hour away! ❤️
