I order through mobile app and once upon arrival at the curbside the waiting was 30 mins. Icee coffee without an ice in it was awful… i spoke with the manager she was very nice and apologized.. it’s the worker that need to do better…

Mane I came and tried to get my usual.. 3 hot and spicys only ketchup mayo and cheese add bacon. They forgot the bacon and had the nerve to make it look like they didn’t have an attitude about it. Sadly I will never trust a McDonalds again biting into it my sandwiches thinking that the bacon will be on it. stay away from this one go to the one off I-49 in sunset!!!

Prepare to pull up and park for 10 minutes or more. Bring a pillow and a blanket when ordering through the drive thru that way you can take a nap while you wait for them to bring your food out.

This is the worst location in town. 9 times out of 10 they make you park for your order. Out of those times, it takes 10 minutes or more to receive your food. That’s if I have not already gone in because they have forgotten about me. I choose this location because it is nearest to me. After years of this happening I will no longer be a patron here.

Food is basic at best. Service is non-existent. Dining area and entrance have become a hangout for the homeless. I bought the homeless guy, acting as the doorman,breakfast. He was slightly thankful.

I was told to pull up in a slot to wait a few minutes and only received half of my order. No syrup for the pancakes no jam for the biscuit no cream or sugar for my coffee. Get home and food was cold. This was a horrible experience.
