Texas tavern is terrible. It was sour. I have never experienced a worst experience there before. I don’t know what is wrong but something is spoiled in this dish for it to taste so sour. I let my friend try it to make sure it wasn’t my taste spuds and she couldn’t even swallow it because it’s sour.
My grandsons chicken tenders were hard and tough. What are yall doing there?? Not changing the grease either? Didn’t look fresh.

This kickback jacks is one of my all-time favorite restaurants in the Triad. I have been coming to this sports bar and restaurant for almost 3 years now and have never been disappointed. The food has always been hot, served quickly, and correctly made ( even when I have special requests) and most of all everything I have tried has always been delicious. I do tend to get the same few things most times, but anytime I ask for suggestions the servers I have asked have been on point with their recommendations. I love the mushroom Swiss burger, New Orleans pasta with garlic toast, as well as the carnivore flatbread. The restrooms and overall restaurant are always clean, well stocked and maintained. have been there during major sporting events as well as quiet nights with only a few people and always have a great time and service. I typically sit at the bar so I can watch the TV and since I am usually alone I am not taking up a whole table or booth. Kristen who is one of the bartenders there frequently when I go in has been amazing. She is a great person with a huge heart who not only can keep the bar running smoothly but also has become a good friend and familiar face. A few times I have been in there at my lowest points and she has a knack for cheering me up and putting a smile on my face. People like her are rare in the service industry and a great asset to the company they work for. Kindness goes a long way in making repeat customers. I can’t vouch for all of the other locations but this one is awesome. I’ve also posted a few photos of some of the meals I’ve had over the last few years. Highly recommend it here.

Sorry for the blurry photos! I ordered the seafood platter (fried flounder and shrimp with loaded mash potatoes) and unfortunately, I was not impressed. The seafood had a bizarre taste and lacked real seasoning/flavor. I placed a curbside pickup order online and the guy who handed me the food was pleasant! This is my first time here so perhaps I need to try other items? I normally cook at home, so that could also be the problem lol. Overall 3/10

My son and I came here after one of his sporting games and I was extremely impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the responsiveness of the management and kitchen. Even though this location is further away from my home from the Battleground location I feel that this is a much betterlocation where the food and service are top-notch. I spoke with the manager who just recently transferred from the Durham location and was impressed with her dedication to constantly improve her staff and this location to offer the best food and service to customers. Holly recommended.

We ordered on the patio which we know now is the land of the forgotten. We ordered cheese fries as an appetizer and received them with no plates to share and we asked twice which took 9 minutes so they were cold and we did not eat them, a garden salad was ordered as my entree that never arrived. When we brought this to the servers attention we were met with a combative disposition as she told us the manger would not be doing anything about it. The manager arrived and did take the salad off as it was never received but he felt 9 minutes was adequate time to wait on plates and ranch dressing. Me and my husband are both very busy and we entertain a lot but our days at Kick Back Jacks are over as I have never been treated as such an afterthought as we were today.

Been to Kickbacks several times for business events. For me Kickbacks always on point. ClI heard their pasta was great, but couldn’t go wrong with the Fish and chips. Did not disappoint. Fish was so flavorful. Caesar salad was fresh, Mac and cheese was ok. Service was fast and friendly even during games. “Choose Your Plate, Choose Your Fate”.

Me and my parents came here for our 1st time. They had a lot of TVs! We came late so nobody was really in there but still got excellent service. We got the flat bread pizza and the spicy nachos. I loved the pizza. My parents got alcohol drinks but the nachos was ok I’m not for alot of spicy foods but overall I would come back.

Had a retirement party last week, great food and nice atmosphere but what made it was our server Kari. This young lady has it wired! Super attentive without being over whelming, friendly and very sweet. She handled our group very professionally. I’ll go back just for her!
