On my visit, I ordered the menudo con pata, and it was nothing short of amazing. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, with tender tripe and pata that melted in your mouth. Great tasting red posole and steak fajitas. I ordered my food to go and they included all and then some of the toppings I needed for both orders. McDonald’s could really take some notes from these people in terms of making sure everything you need is in the bag. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was and will return.

We read reviews and chose to eat here on vacation and on the way to our hotel in Fresno and we can rave enough about how wonderful the service was .how large the portions were and of course the taste was unbelievable. This is a must eat place in the Valley.

I ordered 2 items shredded beef tacos. Rice/bean. Received. Shredded pork tacos no favor or salt. Rice was dry and no flavor. Waitress was very nice and helpful. No complaints on service. Yet the food is horrible never again and I would not recommend this place to my friends

When I was here last time I came in and the service was ok and the Verde was good the only problem is they over charged me and I said nothing.. this time will be my last time coming here they find a way to get more money from me again.. I asked why did you charge me 4 dollars for 2 small flour tortillas and charged me for the beans and rice and never gave it to me.. so twice in a row I was cheated.. that’s too bad last time I walk in there I won’t let myself get ripped off again far as I’m concerned they owe me 8 dollars and some beans and rice.. So another words I gave them a second chance and they ripped me off again

the food they sell inside s not bad, their Bolillos, birote sucks, it doesnt reflect real Mexican bolillo or birote from Mexico. La estrella needs alot of work on Birote o bolillo. but, again, oh, boy! their pan s always been the best here in fresno.
one thing, let s not get carried away eith Pan eating, unless you want belly sticking out in 6months.

I had the Wet Burrito Chile Verde and my husband had the 7 Mares. My Burrito was ok, just rice and beans inside and my husband said the soup was good. Their chips and salsa is good as well. We also got the check a bit to early in our opinion since we did wait some time. It’s more of a maybe we’ll go back.
