Just had some food DoorDash I tried to call, but the phone number on the receipt doesn’t work currently. It’s 5:48 PM on January 30, 2025. I got the baconator, for some reason there’s tomato and onion and pickle and other things on it I even double checked, and these things aren’t supposed to be on it. I will not eat these so I was hoping I can come in sometime and get what I ordered. Ty
Edit 2/3/25 still no response from store. I did try to call the number again on the receipt without any luck. I would love a comment on here. Mistakes happen. I’ll change review once this is fixed ♂️ just want my

I ordered through doordash. I ordered a double combo. With four nuggets and a large order of fries and a drink. I got an old cheeseburger three chicken nuggets and a half order of fries. Everything was cold. It was not doordash’s fault. The Dasher showed up within minutes and I received it very quickly. That’s why I know Wendy’s was to blame

I dont understand how they have such a high rating. 2.8 is way too much. My burger patties were tiny and chewy. I cant figure out how people are posting pics on here but i have one with my lighter next to my burger for comparison and it makes my lighter look massive. I paid over $10 for what essentially amounts to one slider. The employees basically threw my food at me through the window. This place needs to be sold and repurposed because whoever runs this franchise is a joke

Went through drive thru and waited 5+ minutes to order. They asked us to wait a moment. Then when ordering the person kept getting confused on the drink.The gal at the window wasn’t rude, but wasn’t friendly, either. They pulled us ahead to wait. My husband’s fries were cold as were my baconator fries: fries, cheese, and bacon, luke warm to cold. Plenty other Wendy’s to choose from and we will be choosing a different one from now on.

I just left a review an I came back to update it vuz this time I decided to call. I usually dont complain an just take the hit. Buttons time I called. Im so tired of this wendys fr. I love a good wendys meal sometimes. But this place man. Ive seen some shit. Heard some shit. An they always messing up my orders. But this time I spoke to a lady named Sandra. She was so nice. I gotta give a shout out. She put me diwn for a replacement meal. An was so sweet. Im hungry as hell. Got a hard bun on my chicken sandwich no sauce no nothin on it. I was so mad. But I called in late to. An surprise they answer. Sandra your customer service is top tier. Yall better give her a raise. Even my coke. Was a diet coke. Like the entire order was messed up for the 100th time. Ive literally never had yall get 1 of my meals right sense I moved here. An I wont be rude to yall or demand anything be done. It is what it is. But yall would be pissed if you spent mo ey on shit that wasn’t right so do better. Fr. If u dont like the job. Don’t take it out on customers. An yall better be treating Sandra real good up there. Lol fr.

Yeah never again. Food is gross girl at the window during evening shifts with the curly hair rude as hell customer service is clearly not for you every single time even with months between visits service and food an issue will not be returning will gladly drive to a farther location. I would have left 0 damn stars of if I could . I get it it’s fast food but do better

Absolutely horrible experience, fries we still almost frozen in the middle, the chicken sandwich was also cold and when this was brought to the employees attention they were confrontation. I also ordered a ‘Big Bacon Classic Double’ and they charged me for two extra patties on a single. I can’t even begin to understand where that math came from. Overall, horrible experience after the previous one roughly 4 months ago, unfortunately we will not be having Wendy’s anytime soon.

We have stopped going to this location. The past 2 times we went we waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Both times the excuse was a “shift change”. The food is always cold, they always forget items, and they do not care. The last time we went thru didn’t have half of our order. They were out of alot of it. We will be contacting corporate about this location as well.

I would always drive through here for lunch. I will never come back to this place just to be told that they are only doing mobile orders and DoorDash is at the moment that it would take 10 or 15 minutes because the three or four of them inside, which, when I went to the door, it was locked, and I counted a total of four staff, which the Girl who came to the door said they were doing shift change At the moment and that’s the reason why they couldn’t Take my order or serve me food. It’s called laziness and I’m sure you’re still getting paid hourly even while you’re not providing service to the public. It’s just ridiculous. I have never seen an organization like this. I worked and managed a Burger King prior and sometimes there would be only 2 to 3 staff members, including myself, and we had no problem, running a store and providing service to the public. Quit being lazy and work, I give it about 3 to 4 months and this place will be shut down because you guys don’t know how to supervise or manage your staff. I can’t believe anybody that’s in management would allow this, shutting down at a busy time, ignorant! This is when you would make money…so dumb. This right here is the reason why your sales have went down! Unbelievable! I won’t be back!

Ordered a meal for lunch, food was decent. Ordered a Cajun Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich to save for later. I heat it up, take two bites, and something tasted off. Upon further inspection, it came to my attention that there was parchment paper or some kind of culinary paper still attached to the pepper jack cheese slice that comes on the sandwich. I took photos; you can see the fibers of the paper in the location where I bit into it.
That, and forgotten dipping sauces, again. This is not the first issue I have had at this Wendy’s but I wanted to give them another chance. Never again! Waste of money!
