The employees were very nice. They emptied my to go order and checked it with what I ordered online without me asking. That I was given a small order of fries instead of a large and went back, made those for me and still let me have the small. Then another employee asked if I would like to have a complementary beverage while I waited. They were very nice. On the negative side, I tried to call about my order three separate times and the phone was never picked up. No voicemail just kept saying the line had been disconnected. The last couple times I have ordered traditional wings. I have received 3 to 5 wingettes and 15 drumsticks. I don’t think it’s fair that you have to pay the extra $2 for only wingettes are only drumsticks because then if you don’t do that then when you pay normal price, you don’t get an equal amount of both.

Went out for a birthday dinner. Tvs were so loud had a headache and couldn’t hear conversation. We ordered buffalo chivken dip which tasted like can chicken no flavoring. I ordered something new off menu which was burnt. The steak the bread. The salad was not good. Wing size not worth it. Wings came out cold. Worst dinner by tadte. Waitress was good. Overpriced disgusting food.

Overall good experience at the laporte location. Did seem like they weren’t used to dealing with a seven top as we were given our appetizers but didn’t get our plates until we had already mostly eaten them. Were not given sauces that we asked for ect. They were very polite and it did seem they were trying to keep up. In the future we might just give them a heads up if coming with a group.

This location is only slightly better than the Michigan City one. Very expensive, the cooks really don’t seem to care about the sauce on the wings. Server was nice, but not attentive really at all. Didn’t check on us much, seemed to disappear more than not. Didn’t even ask if I wanted a refill on my drink halfway thru the meal. I spent $54 on the meal, that’s kind of a lot.

Question… Why would you put 30 wings 3 sauces on 1 sheet pan mixed together? We weren’t told this was a store policy and ordered them with the intention of receiving 3 trays. I was able to enjoy 4 wings that I paid $40 for. Please do not mix habanero with Asian zing and honey bbq. To hot for some others don’t like. We weren’t told but however told to deal with it. Not a fan of this method.

Last night’s meal was an epic failure! When placing my order, I had to repeat it four times, including my contact information. Was then told it would take 50 minutes to prepare tacos and wings. When I arrived, the staff couldn’t find my order and the staff members had a disagreement in my presence. The food was cold and totally unappetizing – my street tacos looked like they were made with dog food and we were charged for items that were not included. I wouldn’t say I will never try again, but it won’t be any time soon

Standard BW3, the service is great. Wings are great. The dry rubs are definitely something you need to try they absolutely rock. Our table and bench were starting to fall apart, which is my only complaint. It was very quiet and slow when we were there for lunch, but the food service was still very fast. It is a great place to sit down or just stop in for a quick lunch or dinner with the kids.

This doesn’t look like SAUCE. Got it for take-out. When we called we were put on hold for 10 mins and no one picked it back up. and not only did they forget our other order of fries but the wings are covered in dry powder, not sauce.

Quazi regular. Don’t order the wings….. chicken street tacos, brisket burger, American burger, all solid choices. Wings are just…. ugh…. finger for comparison…. the buffalo ranch new sauce was good tho.
