Maya the server was amazing this evening. She attended to our needs quickly and without any hesitation. She provided superb service with a smile. The food portions was very generous. Our food came out in a timely manner and was hot and fresh. We were seated immediately upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

TGI Fridays sells “Wow Bao” as a restaurant on DoorDash but it’s really microwaved frozen food from Walmart. They charge incredibly expensive prices to send you the literal smallest servings. We are talking “fit in your palm” shameful small. The branding and everything says Wow Bao and to my surprise when half my food didn’t arrive the receipt said TGI Fridays. Since TGI wants to send off Walmart freezer section food that tastes like two week old leftovers they should be avoided based on business practices alone! * Hand for size reference*

Kind of disappointed with the handling of the food. The food was great itself but both of my partner and I’s meals had a blonde hair in hers and a long black hair in mine. There as well should have been a small side of fries but it was at the bottom of the receipt and hard to catch so I understand and Im not mad at $3. Although for my burger I did make the mistake of putting no cheese (Not sure how I missed that) but they did forget my ketchup and mayo unfortunately.

My husband and I had a small getaway in town and decided to go to Fridays as it was our place to go when we first started dating. Unfortunately all of the ones close to us all closed. This Fridays is super cute. Our server Daeonna made us feel special! She was wonderful, and very attentive. The food was great as we remember!

Food was fresh and hot. Our server was very attentive, but didn’t hover around and wait for you to start eating to ask you if you needed anything. Would recommend the fish & chips, bacon cheeseburger or the chicken, all were very tasty. I am sad they don’t have the ribeye steak available anymore.

I have had horrible experiences here. But lately things have gotten better. Our server Cheyene had attention to detail and was doing her job efficiently. We appreciate her. My steak was unseasoned and undercooked but was fixed quickly and professionally.

I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at TGI Fridays in Dover. From start to finish, everything went wrong. The food that did come out was half-prepared and lacked quality. My sister’s meal never came out at all, and my mother’s dish was completely wrong.
The ONLY positive part of the entire visit was our waiter, Ron. He was kind, patient, and cooperative despite everything going wrong in the kitchen and with management. He did his best, and we truly appreciated him.
Unfortunately, the manager made the situation even worse. She was rude, unhelpful, and showed zero concern for our experience. Even after all the issues, she still charged us gratuity—which felt greedy and completely inappropriate given the circumstances.
Because of this horrible experience, I will not be returning to TGI Fridays in Dover. If this location wants returning customers, they need to seriously reevaluate their management and service standards.

I had such a great experience at TGI Fridays! Our server, Jeanine, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive without being overbearing, made great recommendations, and had such a friendly and welcoming attitude that really made the meal enjoyable. Everything came out quickly, and she made sure our drinks stayed full and that we had everything we needed the whole time.
It’s not often you get service that feels both professional and genuinely caring, but Jeanine nailed it. Thanks to her, our lunch was smooth, relaxing, and fast. We’ll definitely be coming back—and we’ll be asking for Jeanine again!
