If I could give no stars, I absolutely would my husband and I ordered hamburgers from big deal burger A.k.a. dickies’s barbecue, the hamburgers were like rocks very overcooked and dry there was nothing on them and the burger I received was not even what I ordered. The staff is rude. Laughs at you when you call and the owner fights with you on the phon. Not my first experience with them, but it will be my last. I don’t recommend anybody order from them ever

This was our first time eating at Dickey’s. The staff was very friendly and greeted us as we came in. They were knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the menu items. We ordered the two meat plate with brisket and pulled pork, okra and loaded baked potato casserole w/ gravy and the chicken sandwich plate with loaded baked potato casserole with cheese and mac and cheese. The sauces are kept hot, which was nice, and out of Original, Sweet, and Spicy (I liked all of them), Sweet was my favorite BBQ sauce. The meats were tender, juicy and full of flavor. The okra was very good and better than other fried okra available from other eateries. I would highly recommend the okra when eating here. Everything was delicious. The portions were satisfying
and I took home enough leftovers for another meal or BBQ sandwich. Top it off with a free soft serve ice cream cone and you’ve got a winning dining experience. We will be back for more. Keep up the great work, everyone at Dickey’s. Excellent!

Nobody in the restaurant and 3 employees. We got our food and ive never has BBQ that required a drink because it was so dried out. Mashed potatoes was like pouty to fill a hole in the drywall. Fries where soggy like they had been reheated in a microwave. Disappointed is an understatement. Employees had attitude when we asked to replace the sides. We wont he back.

I stopped by Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Brooksville and honestly, everything was so good! The food came out fresh and hot — the brisket was super tender and the pulled pork had that perfect smoky flavor. The mac and cheese was creamy and tasted homemade. The staff were really nice and made me feel welcome, and the place was clean and comfortable. You can tell they actually care about their food and customers. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Food was pretty good, but it wasn’t that hot (temperature). We had a coupon and they gave free ice cream so we got 2 meals pretty affordable. The workers are incredibly nice. I would recommend. Sorry, took picture after we ate some.

Ordered ribs w beans two of the brisket sandwich w baked beans. .. to go.,,Received very hard tough brisket and it was hard as well. I called .. Olivia checked w owners she called back and said save recite w name it will be credited. 42$. We then ordered pizza .. today owner refused to honor our credit and our numbers were blocked… very bad customer review we will never order from Dickies again and 42$ charge being disputed at Bank of America. This is unacceptable

Just stopped in before close and Tristan was such a gentleman! He was so polite and had a wonderful attitude, the other girl working was extremely polite as well. It’s so refreshing to see A positive restaurant crew.

I got the “large” salad with bbq meat. It seemed like a half size of other places bbq salad. It was good though. I had it topped with brisket. I also got a loaded baker, which was large and delicious. The employees make the place great. Super nice and accommodating. They also offer free ice cream for dessert
