Wayback Burgers in Dover never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The burgers are cooked perfectly every time — juicy, well-seasoned, and made just the way you order them. The fries and onion rings are always crispy, and their milkshakes are on another level.

The customer service here is actually good considering it’s a chain restaurant. We got the double classic burger with garlic fries and a cinnamon toast shake. The burger was good, one of the better chain burgers that I’ve had. However the fries were a let down as it was just garlic powder on the fries. And the shake was a complete failure, if it was called carmel shake it would have been better, because that’s all it was was carmel and melted ice cream. I loved cinnamon toast crunch and was hoping for something in the ballpark.
As a side note the reward program is cumbersome and does not work well. Much of the instructions are wrong, so if you do try to use it make sure you have plenty of time to spend on it.

Stopped in today for the first time, I’m a little surprised how good the food is. Maddie took my order quickly and accurately. So yeah, between the food and the great customer service, it was a pleasant experience. I’ll be back!

Great food. Great service. The location is a little small and out of the way. I hope they can survive over here. Great spot for growth. The food should keep people coming back, though I’d offer that they consider some kind of value option for some of the meals. Al la carte can be very expensive.
