We had a delicious lunch at 11:36 today 1/14/20. Our service was good until we got to the register to order/pay. The young lady was rude and sure acted like she wanted to be somewhere else but work. She wasn’t polite and my wife asked me to not call the manager up to our table and let them know our experience. You would figure a $55.31 lunch would have been a bit more enjoyable but she really destroyed our mood.

After placing an online order that didn’t go through, even though it said the order would be ready at 10:45, I stood there waiting for 20 minutes while the FOH manager walked around aimlessly, avoiding me.
The only good thing I will say is a kind woman working on the window in BOH noticed me standing there and sent the manager to address me.
Then this is what I receive when I finally get to work.

I had a great experience at the Alcoa McAlister’s deli. The food was wonderful and my meal was delivered quickly. the service I received was outstanding, especially from Ms. Taylor, she was tentative and personable. She was diligent in her customer service and genuinely cared about the restaurant’s customers. She is patient and kind with everyone.Taylor is a great server and is a perfect fit for the position of direct contact with the customers. Give that girl a raise in pay and position!!! I look forward to my next visit to this location.

I have to brag on this restaurant and the staff they are AMAZING! I placed an order for a meal after my current surgery. Me and my husband went to pick it up and of course I was all bandaged up. They were the most sweetest people I’ve ever met! They threw in a free dessert and the sweetest note I will always cherish! And of course they always have amazing food! Thank you so much and you all have really made my week so much better

I love Mcalister’s , but this location was terrible. We used to come here all the time, but this last trip was disappointing. Both of our soups came out lukewarm. The potato soup was watery and just did not even taste remotely like their usual soup. We told one of the workers about it and he said something to the manager, but they didn’t come back to apologize or anything. The pickles were tiny slivers and one of our sandwiches had the smallest amount of sauce on it. It was overall a very disappointing meal and I will not be coming back to this location.

Food was okay. I remembered it being better years ago. I got the Reuben sandwich, steamed broccoli and sweet tea. My daughter got the kids pizza. The cash register area was nasty. Everything was sticky, the counter, even the key pad where you pay with your card was covered with a sticky substance. This place really needs a good cleaning and new chairs that aren’t super wobbly.

Ordered an online order. Pulled up told them last name Patton on the phone. They said it would be out as soon as they could get it. Sat there for over 20 minutes. A curly haired girl, hair in a bun, earbud in her ear, green shirt, black pants and jacket, with a really bad attitude came out and said she didn’t have an order for David. Showed her the order and she said very rudely it was under Ruth. That’s fine. We have the same last name. You couldn’t figure that out? Even if you couldn’t, there was no reason to be rude. We were not rude to you.

The food is great here. The workers are amazing the manager even replaced a sandwich we got because we did not like the new one we tried. He was so nice about our complaint dealing with it personally. Even the lady cleaning the tables and delivering the food was nice as could be stopping to talk for a few minutes. The only issues are the sweet ice tea is horrible and it cost $50 for 3 of us to eat sandwiches that seems a little pricey. So if you do not particularly care for sweet tea and care afford the cost this is the place to go.
