I can’t sleep ! What y’all put in this coffee ? I been tossing and turning like a walnut rollin off a hen house roof since 11:30 n I can’t seem to achieve a decent slumber . I only ordered a medium with extra whip you coat this thing with lighter fluid and a caramel cookie cappuccino or something? GOLL-Y! I drank that sucker in about 10 seconds flat on an empty stomach though comin home from work maybe that’s why. I cannot seem to fall asleep! All I know is I’m gettin cranky and I haven’t even had my morning crickets yet

Phoebe is very rude. My drink was not made the correct way and I called and spoke with Phoebe and she told me “well maybe this Starbucks isn’t for you.” I did report this to the manager. If I could give them zero Stars I would!!

I love Starbucks no matter the location. But, this one is a great location coming or going as it’s right off the freeway. This location is easy to access off the interstate if you want to get in and out. They have a drive through and you can order ahead through the mobile app.
I visited this location to get a pick me up for our drive home. I ordered the shaken oat milk espresso with brown sugar. I customized it to my liking and my order was as expected. I needed to be able to warm up my babies milk and they kindly gave me some hot water.
I appreciated the extra request and the good customer service.

I really like the service and drinks here. The staff is super nice, but recently I went there and it was so hot inside. As soon as I got my order I left. I probably have to find a different spot until the summer ends

My husband came here and paid for a large macchiato. What he got was 2 espresso shots in a small cup. When he went to the manager to get it fixed she said “this is a macchiato, you just didn’t get flavor so it’s in a small cup.” Since when does flavoring make up the difference between a small and a large? Not only that but how do you call 2 espresso shots without milk a macchiato?
The fact that he had to pay full price for this with no offering to fix it, plus the fact that the manager was unbelievably unprofessional and rude is crazy.
I know they don’t care, but we will never be visiting this location again. I’d much rather support local coffee businesses that know how to make a macchiato and treat people with respect over this overpriced dirty dish water with a bad attitude.

We stopped at this Starbucks and went through the drive through. Frankie was at the window and did such a wonderful job taking care of our order and making sure everything was right. They had a positive energy that made our day! Thank you Frankie!

First Starbucks experience. I was not overly impressed. I just wanted a coffee in slush form, just coffee with creme and a little sugar, but a slush. Got the iced frappe. They used French vanilla creamer in it, which I didn’t want, just wanted regular cream. It didn’t taste like coffee at all and was pretty watery. I was expecting a high quality drink from the way everyone talks about them, but was kind of disappointed. I gave an average rating because I feel like I got average coffee place service and drinks.

So the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of three or even four is because they don’t answer the phone when I call them to address the issue instead of making it public in the past several times me and my girlfriend would go there every day are drinks would be watery even though we would ask for an extra shot in each it’s almost like if you ask for an extra shot they add more oat milk I don’t know but I know that when I go to any other Starbucks and ask for an extra shot it is much more flavorful so today I go there I asked the woman in the window if she was the manager she said yes then asked me if I had any feedback I said not now because I wanted to see how my drinks were made this time so as I’m driving down the road my drink tastes watery even though I ordered an extra shot so I called them to address it no answer like usual so now I’m leaving this pathetic review I never leave bad reviews but after coming to this place for a month and thinking that maybe it’s just new trainees but now today the manager is there I now think it is just simply how they are told to make the drinks. You shouldn’t be paying $7 for a drink with an extra shot of espresso that tastes watery every other Starbucks I’ve ever gone to is perfect
