Ordered a bowl with white rice and broccoli beef, and got orange chicken instead. Ordered a plate with all noodles, broccoli beef, and chicken teriyaki; got about 3 little pieces of beef and no teriyaki sauce on the chicken. Called and of course, no answer. Their quality has gone down, and the amounts they serve too. We love this place but it’s not worth it anymore.

I went in today our cashier was Michelle and we gave her 15 cash but she said it was 11, I didn’t make a big deal out of deal because it was just 4 dollars but the restaurant needs to teach there members better cash management other than that food was good.

Terrible experience. Ordered teriyaki chicken, and when it arrived it was plain grilled chicken with NO SAUCE! Called the restaurant to ask whether I should have gotten sauce and was told that ot only comes with sauce if someone requests sauce on the order. Evidently, at Panda Express, teriyaki chi Ken does not mean chicken with teriyaki sauce. And according to the manager I argued with, I shouldn’t expect to get sauce on my chicken if I ordered it from any other restaurant. Guess I’ve been deceived all these years, as every time I have ordered teriyaki chicken at EVERY other oriental restaurant, it has ALWAYS had teriyaki sauce poured over the chicken. WILL NEVER PATRONIZE PANDA EXPRESS EVER AGAIN, not just because of their cra,y teriyaki recipe but because the manager tried to gaslight me and make me believe that I was wrong to expect teriyaki sauce on my teriyaki chicken when I didn’t order it with teriyaki sauce!

We were very pleased with the service at this Panda Express! We had an amazing customer service experience. They came to our table to ask if they could assist us with anything! An amazing young man offered to throw away our trash! Now a days it is so hard to find this type of customer service. We were very impressed! Keep up the great work! The food was awesome too! I love Panda Express but unfortunately this time I’m not happy with the experience. I got my order and as usual I asked for chili sauce. Even tho I looked inside my bag and didn’t notice any the guy at the drive thru said he placed some so I drove off. Got home, no sauces, and no fortune cookie. Also, the portion was less than other pandas. I should of read the reviews before going here.
