I stayed at the attached hotel for about 5 days and visited this restaurant at least once per day and service was great each time.
I arrived at the restaurant and was told my order had been missed and the kitchen was already closed. I was told a refund would be issued, but it never was.
Since then, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly:
2 conversations with managers, 4 emails, and more than 10 phone calls. On one of those calls, I spoke with a manager who was bartending and told me she would call me back the next day. That never happened.
At this point, the most frustrating part is not only the missing refund, but the complete lack of communication and follow-through from management and administration.
Very disappointing experience. One star.
I will revise my review upon receipt of a refund.
Greeted immediately and seated right away!
Casual sports bar ambiance.
The waiting staff asked for us to put a card on file first before we even ordered which is uncommon but maybe perhaps people have dine and dashed in the past.
Also for the drinks if our drink was not finished we could not order another drink.
For our appetizers we got the Spinach & Artichoke Dip and the Chicken Nachos.
For our main entrees we got Four Cheese Flatbread w/ Loaded Fries and the Beer Battered Fish & Chips – The main entrees were decent nothing too special.
To wrap up the dinner we ordered the Decadent Chocolate Cake – The cake felt dry and it would have been better if they served it with Vanilla ice cream.
