I picked up lunch at Wendy’s located at 5240 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291 today. I am amazed at the value of their “Biggie Bags”. I got a sandwich (prepared exactly as I ordered it), fries, 4 chicken nuggets with sauce and a large drink and my total was $6.36!! How do they even do that?? My food was fresh, tasty and warm and I did not have to wait any time whatsoever. The person that took my order and the person that served me were both kind, efficient, accommodating, and had great upbeat attitudes. Believe me when I say all these things matter when you are deciding where to eat. I will definitely be back here! Thanks for making my life a little easier and more enjoyable today!

Glitter in my food. Beyond slow, cashier was taking out trash when we walked in and she came in and did not wash her hands until AFTER taking our order, then barely rinsed, no soap. We waited for at least 10-15 minutes, if not longer for our 2 meals. No napkins in the dining area, so we had to ask them to bring more out. The food was just ok, the atmosphere is really a turn off so I won’t be back. Whoever is wearing glitter as a cook really needs to be coached to not do that again. Also, at one point the MOD started hollering about missing food at the staff back there, which is very off putting to guests. Corporate needs to send in a trainer for the entire crew. Only thing that made me stay was the Christian music playing.

Not sure if this particular locating is understaffed or they just don’t give a damn but every time i pull up to the drive thru i will sit there for sometimes five minutes or longer before they acknowledge that I’m even there. Most times it takes nearly 10-15 minutes between the time that i pull up to the drive thru ang get my food. I’m not freaky on a schedule but cant imagine how difficult this is for someone who only has a half hour break at work to get something to eat . On a positive note,the employess have always treated me kindly and the food is decent.

I go in here it takes almost an hour to get my food I ordered chili which was nothing but chilly water horrible he gave me French fries first in the bag so by the time everything else was ready they were cold very very cold, how old are the chocolate Frosty and he gives me a vanilla one and tells me if I want a chocolate when I have to buy that one too then I had ordered a chocolate Frosty and he gives me a vanilla frosty. And proceeded to tell me if I’m going to chocolate when I have to pay for that one too so I ended up with a vanilla one and a chocolate one then now remember he gave me the french fries already he has to be two frosties. Now Burger was wrong too .. when I took my bag back the boy wanted me to spend another $10 on a burger I hadn’t even touched it all I did was open it and it was wrong so I took it back immediately but he wanted me to pay for another double burger because he made the mistake on the first one which I was never going to eat whoever straighten it up the young lady in there she did make me a burger that was right and didn’t make me pay for it as well as the one I didn’t want the wrong one but everything else was already melted and cold and even this burger was so overcooked we can’t eat it either the bun is crumbly dry my advice is don’t ever go to a Wendy’s poor quality horrible

Slow, unprofessional, always out of something or the order is wrong. Yesterday no ice, few weeks ago a 35 min wait in the drive through and a 15 min additional wait if I wanted potatoes. Asked a question today of the employee taking my order and received “I just said that.” I hope they go under and something better takes its spot at this point.

First time here about noon June 11th. I expected better from this franchise. The food was decent and it was fresh. But dang, is there some national shortage of napkins?
I suppose that’s not unheard of. Disappointed the dining room was closed. Need to use the restroom and relax from driving. No explanation was given on the sign taped to the entrance door. Most likely short on employees. Perhaps those responsible for napkin inventory? Though local Covid guidelines have very few restrictions on dining rooms now this one was closed. The young man working the drive-thru was sort of irritating with his mumbling and terminology. I believe I heard him say “you’re good” to tell us we could drive forward to the first window to pay. The young lady working the second was much more pleasant and friendly. Which is why I’m giving this establishment four stars. If not for the smiling young lady I would have been tempted to give two stars. Two big sandwiches and not a single napkin? C’mon manager man, I feel it reflects on the Wendy’s brand. Sat in the drive through for 45 minutes for 1 salad. They gave us the wrong nuts and dressing so we had to go back.

Once I mixed it up, I saw the salad I was given had almost no apple, and the few pieces I did get are rotten and mushy. See that red chunk? It’s so mushy and discolored I thought it was a strawberry. It’s Apple.

Today Dec 23 at 215 I went through the drive through and ordered the 10 pc nugget meal and their was a older African American lady working and I said can I get my bbq sauce for my nuggets please she said no sauce you have to pay 1.50 for each you’re nuggets don’t come with free sauce and she refuses to take my card for the sauce she said has to be in cash so she’s definitely trying to pocket that money she was wearing A pinkish orange hoodie don’t let her try to scam you y’all that’s ridiculous and she gave me the wrong drink wouldn’t remake it claimed I had to pay for another drink in order to get what i originally asked and payed for she should be ashamed especially doing this during the holidays she slammed the window in my face when she realized I wasn’t gonna give her extra cash for anything if you go here make sure you watch you’re card and change you get back especially if its her

The drive-thru moved very quickly. I ordered a $4 meal with nuggets, a Double Stack, a Diet Dr. Pepper, and a French fry. The sauces for the nuggets were included in the bag, and the food was hot and fresh. Overall, it was a great meal for the price.

We ordered the new crabby patty meal and in the ads it shows a box and a container for the fries all decorated like spongebob, this was nothing like that It came in a bag and when their frosty machine was broken they still charged us for the frosty. Over all a bad experience and a rip off, I won’t be going back.
