I tried 3 (chicken, asada and shrimp). The chicken and asada were taco perfection My husband had a trio of soft tacos and was not as excited about the shredded beef (it was a little bland and dry). The red sauce is perfect if you like a slow heat.

Hands down the best Mexican food joint in Vancouver. I’m from Washington County, Oregon and have been eating off the OG taco trucks from the early 00s, if you know, you know. When I Iived up here between 2020-2022, I was introduced to Super Taco Express because I wanted authentic taco truck food and even after all these years, still the best there is in the Vancouver area, including the prices and fast service. I still bounce back and forth from Beaverton and Vancouver and when I’m in town, I ALWAYS get Super Taco Express. You guys rock, please don’t ever change a single thing!

I have been a long time customer of this place and it is surprising to see anything other then a 5 star review because I have always gotten the best of the best from super taco express I did my second order of the day with carne asada nachos no dairy they nailed it again I have never had a bad experience here!!!

My burrito was so bland, and extremely dry like it sat under a heated lamp for a long while. Their hot sauce is what saved the burrito (kind of), but they don’t offer enough of it. I spent a total of $23 for a California burrito and two drinks – expensive lunch.
Honestly, I don’t get the hype surrounding this place. Their menu items are expensive, food quality isn’t the greatest, and they provided below mediocre customer service. I’ve eaten here numerous times in the past six years, and not much has changed other than the cost.

Street taco size, with nice portion of shredded beef.
Shrimp taco 3/5
2 grilled prawns on a street taco sized tortilla.
Both tacos were pretty average and decently priced.
The menu is extensive, and I might come back to try some thing other than tacos.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in Vancouver. I go here so often, that now when I walk in, the cook holds up two fingers–meaning, “Your two usual?” I nod, “Yes!” Always the carne asada burrito and chicken burrito minus guac (for hubby). Very tasty and great people working here.

I got the al pastor burrito based on reviews and boy was it flavorful! Just big enough not to feel like exploding, but not too small that I’m left wanting more. Got a plain burger for my basic and picky husband. No complaints! And got some nachos, which was cheese melted on chips. Tasty basic appetizer.
Thankfully there was someone pulling out at 830pm on a Thursday so we could pull in. The place was packed the entire time! It’s really no wonder why. The prices are great (nothing on the menu was over $14), the food full of flavor, and the service was friendly! My only complaint is not having more locations around the Couve. Wish they had one at the food truck pod off East Fourth Plain Blvd.

My review is based primarily on the food. I ordered a bunch of different street tacos and was blown away! The flavor the veggies and the sauces are all made in house. It was 12pm and packed out. The kitchen is open and very busy! I live far but I still Sheen for these tacos man!!!!
