I gave this restaurant another chance. However, it was just as bad as before. This is without a doubt my absolute least favorite restaurant in all of Buffalo.
I tried to get tortellini because every other time, I ordered eggplant parmesan it was way too oily and not cooked through. Sadly, it was as though they did not drain the water from the pasta, and everything was watery.
They put shredded lettuce on the chicken sandwich, which just kept falling off. The mozzerella cheese was only on one half of the sandwich. The wait was super long, although there was only one other table, so my mother was late getting back to work.
No free refills on fountain drinks. Fine. But say that in advance. The waitress asked if I wanted a second diet coke, so I assumed it was included. The second one she brought did not taste like diet coke, but like perfume was sprayed in the glass. I did not drink it, but we were charged anyways. Same for my mother’s drink that it had the same perfume taste.
Experience from 2023: Horrible food. Horrible waitress. Weak drinks.
It took 40 minutes to get our cheesy garlic bread appetizer, which came out overcooked (see pic).
I asked for a vodka cranberry, which was literally just cranberry juice (see pic).
I asked the waitress how thick the eggplant slices are. She said, “I never used a ruler to measure it.” in a nasty tone. When I said I never asked her to, she replied with, “It was sarcasm.”
Two of us got the Carol’s Creation, which supposedly was an award winner, but it was tasteless and inedible. (The award was from 2001- why advertise that you haven’t managed to make good food since then?)
My cheese tortellini was equal to something you could make from tortellini and sauce from the dollar store.
The dinner salads had literally one piece of tomato and one slice of cucumber each.
I have given this place multiple second chances, but after today’s experience, I would not recommend this place nor go back.

Everything was great! Everything we ordered we really enjoyed. Service was fantastic. Great food for a reasonable price. We were there at 6pm on a Saturday so it was crowded and seating was a little too tight. Otherwise great place.

This restaurant is amazing, the owner Mike is a great guy who interacts with the customers while bartending, the cooks in the back work overtime making sure the food that’s put out is prepared perfectly, the food tastes phenomenal and the portions are just right, the atmosphere is cozy and the waitresses do an excellent job of taking care of everyone and making sure they have what they need….overall I would highly recommend this family owned restaurant to anyone and everyone.

First time trying here. Called order. No issues with pick up. Pizza was good. Tons of cheese. Needed more sauce for the ratio I enjoy. The sauce was lost. Couldn’t taste it well. Cooked well. Good cup n char. Good crust. Thank you

If you’re considering ordering the veggie pizza here, be aware that it comes with unconventional toppings like broccoli and carrots. If that suits your taste, great! However, if you prefer more traditional vegetable toppings such as bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and olives, be sure to specify your preferences clearly when ordering. I learned this the hard way when I called to inquire about the pizza. The associate I spoke with agreed that these toppings were unexpected for a veggie pizza but had to transfer me to the manager. Upon speaking with him, he immediately took a confrontational tone, questioning my expectations and implying I should have been more specific. Despite my explanation that I hadn’t seen broccoli and carrots listed on the website menu, he insisted that those were indeed the listed toppings. He even condescendingly remarked, “I wrote the menu, I should know.” When I visited the restaurant with the menu from their website, he begrudgingly acknowledged the discrepancy and prepared a new pizza with the toppings I requested. However, his initial aggression and refusal to accept feedback left me feeling unsettled. It’s concerning that a restaurant manager would react so defensively to a customer’s reasonable request for clarification on menu items. In any business, but particularly in the hospitality industry, it’s essential to prioritize respectful and constructive communication with customers.

Ordered wings and pizzas to go. Wings were absolutely over cooked. Will not order again. Cheese pizza was good nothing special. Steak pizza was so so. Steak was pretty dry. Will not order again.

Best chicken fingers in buffalo. The bar side of the resturant gives those old school vibes. Great service. Thier blue cheese is also definitely homemade and delicious

Was in Buffalo and stopped by Sorrentino’s for dinner. Went with the small antipasto. It was large enough to be a whole meal. Very good.

Driving around Williamsville on a Sunday evening, we stumbled across Sorrentino’s. Excellent pizza. Jackie was one of the friendliest servers we have had in a long time!

We used to eat here years ago before moving out of town. Now we’re back and have taken advantage of the carry-out weekly pizza special. We like the pepperoni or meatball toppings. They are not skimpy! It’s as good or better than I remember, always perfect and hot when we arrive, and customer service can’t be beat. They are also super careful about following COVID19 restrictions.
