The food was freshly prepared and served quickly when I ordered inside. Even though I was the only guest dining in and had to wait a short while before placing my order, it made sense since most customers were using the drive thru. Everything turned out great, and the quality of the meal made the visit worthwhile.

I just went today to order the Jibby with the munchie meal and they didn’t give it to me in the online order clearly a lack of service and the employees prioritize the food delivery more than the customers waiting in line, and also they removed the drink machine that used to exist there. This place gets worse every year!

Horrible experience. I ordered on the app before arriving upon arrival My food still was not prepared. Chose to pick my food up. Carry out on the app has two options. The second option is drive-thru. I don’t want to wait in a drive-thru. I’m in a hurry so I choose carryout. The restaurant door is locked. I was told to go into the drive-thru by one of the workers who was trying to avoid making eye contact with me when I was trying to get my food. My reaction was disappointment and regret ordering at this location. I responded by going to the drive-thru window by foot. I asked them to give me my food and I repeated my order to them making sure every detail is taken into consideration. I was told by what looks like to be the manager that my food was going to be taken to my car where I’m parked at. I’m waiting another 10 minutes, possibly 15 minutes when I finally get my food. My drink is wrong. I don’t have the condomance that I asked for and I can hear the manager mocking me saying that. That’s how I asked for it. If you want Jack in the box go elsewhere. This place needs to be shut down immediately because the workers lack. Carmen decency for customers and consideration when taking the job to prepare someone’s food needless to say this will be the last time and if you read this don’t waste your time there. Just find another location if you ignore this warning, just know you were told in advance through this review. There’s nothing more I can do. I’m just trying to help you save your time and your patience by avoiding a headache which is inevitable when coming to this location above all else if you don’t want to take my word for it, see for yourself so you can experience the disappointment in real time. Last thing I’m going to say the quality of the food was on a scale of 1 to 10. I’ll say -1. They did a horrible job and my food looks poorly made and refried overcooked.

The lady that took my order, joycelyn, that’s the name on the receipt, in the drive thur was very rude yesterday morning..the guy manager was nice, fix the issue, but this lady does Not care about the customers or providing good service she should Not be working with customers.. very bad experience…will be going to a different jack in the box from now on…they were out of sprite…

ordered at 10:20 pm on a november 2, 2025 on a saturday. Whoever the guy with the yellow and black jacket has a horrible attitude and poor customer service, we werent even being rude whatsoever and during the process of taking the order he kept saying “okay what else”. I also
work in fast food so i completely understand the situation but his attitude was unnecessary. not to mention he was calling someone during the payment process and when we had asked for bbq he kept gesturing that there was some in the bag when there wasn’t and we kept asking for it but he ended rolling his eyes and finally gave us some. whoever he is needs to work on his customer service, it’s not that hard.

I got to Jack in the box for a quick caffenated beverage. I went through the drive-through, which was nice and open for a lot of bigger cars. Person who took my order was fast and concise. Despite there being a lot of people, food was dispatched promptly.

this has to be one of the worst jack in the box drive thru locations i’ve visited. i initially wanted to visit and eat in the lobby or take my food to go but it was closed which made no sense to me. the cashier via the ordering area was extremely rude over the microphone and had an attitude while taking my order. the manager was charging at the window which also didn’t make sense because the whole process was so slow. they tried to blame their computer system for the slow service but i don’t believe it. to top it all off the order of tacos were extremely cold and the chicken strips were not packaged correctly and were just floating around the bag. this location has horrible customer service from top to bottom.

It should not take 30mins for me to get a bite at a drive thru. They tell the drivers to wait 5 or so mins before they can take your order, and then they tell you to stop before reaching the pay window for another 5 or so mins so that you dont drive over the timer mechanism, they do this for EVERY CAR . Please look into this place, Jack in the Box, they’re wasting everyones time.

This is literally SO disgusting. I don’t even know what this is in the bottom of my cup but it was there. I never check the bottom of my cups, but THANK God I did. I’m not sure what what this is, maybe bugs or dirt I don’t know but it’s completely unacceptable. I came through the drive thru and ordered a breakfast Jack meal and made my coffee an iced coffee. Also this visit was at 9am, imagine how many more of these disgusting cups they gave out through the day .From the top of my cup it looks like a regularly iced coffee as displayed in the picture. Who knows what would’ve happened if I actually drank this coffee. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER be returning here!
