The unfortunate part was my to-go order where the hamburger in my happy meal had no patty. Imagine that, arriving home and finding just bread and cheese. This has no excuse and I feel it is unacceptable.

I just went through the drive-through here at the McDonald’s in Versailles, Indiana. I got the pleasure of meeting. Mr. Lucas is a wonderful young man. He did a great job taking the order unfortunately there was a miscommunication in the back and I had to talk to a manager, however it wasn’t a bad thing, but I did let Lucas know. Don’t be afraid to talk to customers. there was nothing he could’ve done about what was going on had nothing to do with him. He was awesome and I give him like 100+ stars thank you Lucas and I look forward to seeing you in the drive-through again soon. I’m pretty much there every day

Horrible time as usual at this McDonald’s. Waited 20 mins being the only customers inside for our food. Once got the food they didn’t even fill the fry boxes up was about half way. Then I check my plain bacon quarter pounder with cheese and nope you guessed it…..wasn’t plain. Needless to say left after getting my money back we went for Mexican food. Below are pix of the great Mexican dinner that cost the same but came with great service cold beer and a free dessert. So thank you for sucking Versailles McDonald’s.

We sat in the parking lot for a half hour waiting for them to open at 4 AM like they have online and on their app. They were in the store so I called to ask when they’re going to let us order. They stared at the phone the first time I called and did not pick up. They answered the second time and claimed they don’t open until 5 and that they just haven’t changed their hours online yet. We just wanted to get food for me, my roommate, and his little boy. But we had to go home, wait, and go back out just to get breakfast that we’ve wanted for months. All because their “hours changed” but everything online says otherwise, including McDonald’s confirming online only two months ago that their hours are accurate. Like come on.

They say they are open at 4:00, but they are never open at 4:00. A.m.. I have sat outside until 4:30 waiting for them to open and driving around the drive-thru. They will not answer you even if someone is standing at the window. The service has gone down in the last couple months, the last time I was even able to grab food it was cold.

No atmosphere to speak of, employees were more interested in a something on a cell phone in the kitchen area, one employee took my order then went to the back to stand and laugh with other employees looking on that phone , after a while waiting she then looked at me and came back up to counter and said can I help you to which I replied you already took my order and she was like ” oh yeah” then went back to the laugh circle.

Come here alot. Love the new crispy chicken sandwich. . . But not with the pickle. I ask for no pickle and they put pickle on it every single time. I think I’ve gotten it one time without pickle.

No it’s not changed at all. They screw up every single order. Every single time we order. And it’s happened to everyone…. They spend more time playing around and goofing off than doing their jobs.

Went to go get food to tonight 10-10-25 ordered thru mobile app and went to pick up. Restaurant was closed at 10 when advertised as 11 and parking lot was blocked with cones. No sign of closing on mobile app or online.
