Went to this location just around 12:48, safe to say lunch time, No wait in drive thru placed my order, grabbed it and drive off. 7minutes till home where I opened the bag and to my surprise I got what looked to be two patties they either found while cleaning the nite before or left in a warmer over nite but nowhere near day fresh, it was crunchy old & hard its very thickness ( thinner then paper). How does a place during lunch manage to sell dried out hockey pucks clearly cooked another day..
This was my second time after leaving the doctors office that I have got food from this franchisee below even their standards. Then good luck calling the location or reaching out to the corporate office, neither truly cares to answer or just pushes back to the location.
You lost this customer the minute it came clear your brand expressed an attitude of we are ok with selling such quality, “if you do not buy it the next person will”.

So slow. Waited and waited for my food, pulled up to wait. Was fine and patient and pleasant with the employees. Young girl with curly hair in pony tail brought out my food and forgot my drink so she had to go back and get it. She also forgot my two drinks with happy meals. I waited and waited again for her to come back to the 3rd pick up window and when she finally did I nicely told her I still needed the happy meal drinks and she immediately gave attitude and said “well you are just going to have to pull back around because I can’t just bring them out here.” Lol **correction she very well could and SHOULD have because it was HER MISTAKE in the first place. I don’t like being given attitude when not deserved I did nothing wrong. So I said “you should have brought them out the first time like you were supposed to!” Now I have to drive back around and WAIT AGAIN.

This McDonald’s has a uniquely bad habit that I’ve never seen at another fast food place. I Assume this practice is to keep their drive-through numbers artificially high, But they will always make you pull out of the drive-through and go to a drive-through spot to wait for your food. It’s definitely not to get fresh fries because the person bringing your food out never knows what your meal actually is and your food is always cold. Regardless of how many people are behind you because the most recent one and my last visit to this place, literally no one was behind me. It’s just to keep the numbers up. The worst part is after they take the time to move you now you wait 10 minutes for your food. I’m actually of a mind to report it to corporate Because they think they’re slick.

Went in right as lunch started. Drive throguh wasn’t busy but they still made me pull around and park. I asked for a plain quarter pounder. After waiting for 10 mins they brought me a quarter pounder with cheese. After tell them it was wrong they came back after 5 minutes with someone else’s order completely. I went inside and asked for a manager who gave me a disgusted look. After 3 tries and 20 mins of waiting I finally got my simple order done. The burger I did recieve was absolute crap and looked like jt came out the waste bin. Don’t waste your time here, no one from the employees to the owners have any interest in being a decent place and we can not continue to allow them to be this disrespectful to the community.

Super long wait, even turned my car off. Part of my order was a large frappe. I saw the girl making it and where it was filled to. The one pictured is the second one, after describing how it supposed to be made. The first one has the flat lid, so I guess there was an improvement.
I did not pay over $5 for 1/3 of the cup to be whipped cream. Very disappointed and upset.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s, Ciarra is always the sweetest! She’s super nice, has the best attitude, and always goes above and beyond. I honestly thought she was a manager at first because she carries herself so well. She’s great at communicating too, if the order takes a little longer, she always checks in and makes sure you’re good. She really makes the whole experience better every single time!

This store sucks! There is always an issue when I come here. Burnt muffins, wrong drinks, always being asked to pull forward and wait, issues with mobile rewards codes. This store really needs to get it together. I know it’s just McDonald’s but they could do SO much better.

Manager is amazing (Donna??). Nerves of steel, multitasking skills, patient and great personality. I’ve never seen a manager interact and be so cordial with customers. Now at the same time I’ve never seen so many young, disrespectful groups of youth in my life?! I don’t get out much so maybe it’s just me? Anyways really enjoyed the tree and hot food. Maybe get a taizor or pepper spray for them unruly youth. If I ever witnessed my kids talking and acting like them punk kids in there I’d ground them for life or make them work there for a week to make amends. No respect for the staff.
