Better than Fire House, and far and above Subway. As far as a commercial franchise goes this will be about as close as you get to a Mom ‘n Pop style sandwich shop. Lots of variety in meats, cheeses and toppings. Plus they prepare your food in front of you so you can design as you go. I’m glad we have a few of them in the Portland area to rely on to subside any craving.

Did not expect the amount of meat we were going to get! Amazing! Also love that they slice the meat and cheese right on the spot. Very delicious. Only thing that I will remember for next time is to get more sauce because it can get dry! Delicious – will be back.

For some reason, Jersey Mike’s in Maine just doesn’t cut it. This one was no exception. It’s not as bad as the one in Augusta, but it’s still bad. The food lacks taste and the bread was stale. The people working there looked like they just came off the street and the onion smell was not from the onions!

I hope a member of management or corperate sees this. The young man working the grill on 12/30 around 4:23 pm was the best. He was busy yet still took the time to greet me and let me know he was working on my pickup order. He made my order correctly and double checked that it was so. He has restored my faith in this chain and made me want to come back for the level of service, Politeness and he even took the time to tell me to have a great new year. This is the kind of employee that every fast food chain wishes they could find and I hope Jersey Mikes will do something special for him as he is an asset that you don’t want to lose. Not all of my experiences her have been up to par but this young man made my visit complete.

This location is always incredibly slow. I generally get my orders at least 20 minutes later than my order tells me they’ll be ready. The food is good but it takes the better part of an hour to get food from when I submit an order. I’m not looking to come back again.

Their app is horrible. Go to pick up and they make it after you show up. Then there’s a good chance it’s wrong. Like my #9 made mikes way with pepper relish. All that was on it was a lot of mayonnaise. Which I can’t stand. Threw it in the trash and went somewhere else to get lunch.
