Came here for a drink during my lunch break. Got back to work and finally was able to take a sip just to discover they’re out of flavoring. I called to try to get a refund since I can’t leave work and they wouldn’t do it even after admitting on the phone and telling me that they are out of flavoring. Spoke to the manager and she was of no help. Truly sucks because I splurged on this and was very disappointed and there was no resolution.

Very slow going through the drive-through for my personal orders and when I’m DoorDash and it’s just as slow for being Taco Bell or considered, you know good fast food. It is really really slow and I’ve sat in line there for a long time a couple evenings and then they come out and put a cone out and don’t tell no one they’re closing down after you’ve been there for 30 minutes in line and when you walk into order, it’s a good five or 10 minutes before anyone even looks at you lol

15-30 minute wait time anytime of the day. Morning noon or night. Came in tonight at 9pm drive thru was backed into the street and lobby was slam full. Lobby/Doordash side of the line was already broken down and being cleaned while orders backed up on a Saturday night. Covid killed your “SPECIAL” policy. Whoever is running this establishment needs to get it together or quit. 0/5 stars.

This Taco Bell was clean and the food presentation was good for this large fast food chain location. With the evolution of having employees focus on making the food and having a tablet for dine-in customers it’s not so personal. Of course, if you are disabled and absolutely need a human to take your order you can be accommodated (if you can get an employees attention). They strongly urge people to use the tablet to order and even more-so (as a corporation) pre-order your food on the app for a speedier pick-up for both dine-in or drive-thru. Picking up your pre-ordered app meal inside the lobby is recommended in the event the drive-thru is very long. I ended up waiting a good 15-20 minutes in the lobby by ordering from the on-site tablet. I did notice the drive-thru line was extremely long. Between app & orders from the drive-thru you are likely to be waiting much longer ordering on-site, which sounds like the typical experience these days. I suppose that is just the way it is with the evolution of Taco Bell trying to up their sales per hour. You can choose to adapt and use their app or risk having to wait longer times. ♂️

The taste wasn’t that good. I ordered 2 loaded beef nachos and wanted extra cheese. The portion size was minor. The 2 soft taco supremes were made very small even though I ordered “easy lettuce”. I ordered from this tacobell frequently but I dont think I will anymore. GROSS – what a waste of money.

Hadn’t been to a Taco Bell in years. Had a short lunch time so went to Taco Bell on Brooks St. Ordering was a hassle having to use a computer to order. The food wasn’t hot. Skimpy portions. Very bland food. Couldn’t eat most of the taco and burrito.
Big disappointment.

I downloaded the app and it is so easy and the app lets me customize. I can’t have dairy and they have accommodations for that unlike other places. I hate the computer at the drive-up but if I get frustrated I get a real person. I have loved every server. Always efficient, polite and makes me feel like they are glad I came.
