Every single time (this is the 3rd time) we come to this location the wait is ridiculous for literally no reason. They just tell you to wait and then get on their phones and start laughing and doing everything BUT work. I thought it was just the first host we had, but then it was the second one and tonight was the last straw. Even got a picture of him literally on his phone.
Rita, albeit a bit slow in service, was a kind server.
However, we’ll never be back and will definitely tell people NOT to come to this location in hopes that the owner will temporarily close, rehire an entirely new team, and then try again.

1. Service is horrible. You have all the staff walking around with either a phone or living in the back. It’s not busy and it took 25 to get food that was never ordered by a waitress. The bartender came after sitting for 15 min.
2. Food is beyond nasty. I have had better at the local carry-out. Fries are old, tacos are nasty. The food truck is better. The only good thing was the music. I see why this place as a 3.1 rating. I’ll be sure to send this review to corporate.

The atmosphere of this location speaks to PG County. The settling of managers that allow these bottom-of-the-barrel interactions to happen is disgraceful. Please let me know which establishments allow customers to seat themselves and don’t have a hostess. When done so by the customer, they alert the bartender that they have done so, but the customer still doesn’t receive service. I spoke to the manager, and he wasn’t a resolution to the problem, but more of the problem. I served in customer service for 30 years, and this isn’t exemplary.

Ordered takeout and the website mentioned a time it might be ready. I got there 15 minutes after the ready time and my food wasn’t ready. While I’m waiting I see the guy that is supposed to be working the host desk walking around eating a chicken sandwich and drinking soda! Literally chumping on the sandwich with his nasty mouth all open! It was disgusting! He was totally useless, not doing a damn thing just eating.
Meanwhile my food is still not ready. I ask about it and they mention they only have 1 cook and I totally understood that so I was fine with waiting but when I got my food after waiting an hour the food was lukewarm!! How did it take an hour and it’s not hot?! What a joke this nasty place is.

We arrived at 8:10 PM and were told by the hostess, Jorge, that the wait would be 20 minutes. Almost ONE HOUR later, at 9:00 PM, we were finally seated. He seemed confused and completely unorganized. It honestly felt like he had no idea what he was doing.
Our waitress was friendly, but the kitchen was a disaster. Our food came out one plate at a time, and by the time everyone finally had their meal, it was almost 10 PM. The first plates were ice cold by then and completely ruined. How is that acceptable?
Then I asked for TWO apple juices for my kids, and even that took forever from the bar. Two simple drinks should not take that long. There is no excuse.
To top it off, the restroom was disgusting — dirty, paper all over the floor, and clearly not being cleaned.
This was a terrible experience from beginning to end. Poor organization, slow service, cold food, and filthy restrooms. We will NOT be coming back.

Not bad for a holiday night out! Honestly, we (all single) were looking for a low key place capable of watching several games all at once. Surprisingly, it wasn’t very busy at all. Even though it was a holiday night which typically gets a lot of date night traffic, the restaurant opted to only have 2 Servers working for some reason. In spite of being told that there would be a 15 min wait because of the low number of staff available to work; we opted to eat at the bar. I must say that all things considering they actually did very well with service. I hope that they have more staff for busier nights though. I’d definitely come back.

We visited the Capitol Heights Buffalo Wild Wings on Tuesday, 11/25, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Our server was the woman wearing pink over-ear headphones and glasses, which already felt unprofessional for someone actively serving tables.
When I arrived ahead of my friends, she just stood there staring at me instead of greeting or asking if I needed help. After an awkward silence, I let her know I was waiting for more people. She responded with a snarky, “And how many would that be?” while making a face, which set the tone for the rest of the visit.
When my four friends arrived, she didn’t come over for several minutes. Once she finally approached, she didn’t give anyone menus—just asked, “What do you want?” as if we were inconveniencing her. Throughout the entire visit, there was zero sense of urgency and no basic server etiquette. It genuinely felt like she wasn’t interested in doing her job.
The food was fine, but the service ruined what was supposed to be a good time watching the game. I hope management addresses this, because this level of unprofessionalism shouldn’t be normal.

I love this location and food and the only reason it’s not all five stars is because of YOU and your unruly children dumping fries all over the floor. But overall give it a half star. My praise seems to be the kiss of death for the location unfortunately. Ice tea fresh brewed and so sweet I’ve got diabetes. The sauces so hot my head sweats. As delicious as mango haberno sounds and it is. It’s too hot believe the heat scale in the menu. Go gently into that good night. We went on Valentines Day after the lunch rush because I’d waited too long to make a reservation at a quiet romantic place but we sat away from it all my wife and I sitting side by side arm to arm and she was happy so I was happy .

First time at this location it was horrible, from waiting over 30 mins for drinks to come from bar when it was not packed and less then maybe 20 people in the whole establishment. Drinks finally came and my margarita was 40% full in a half glass like I’m sure in the pictures it’s advertised to the rim why was it so low like someone drunk half of it, then it was filled of ice like entirely to full. Food took even longer to come out ordered samplers and they came out missing the sauces for the whole thing on all 3. We asked they brought one small cup of sauce of each to share for 3 separate samplers like what! They all suppose to have their own what is going on here. My wife food was missing and came out after another 30 mins or so after and it wasn’t even cooked they gave her raw vegetable for the cheesesteak this was a terrible experience. So it to be slow there you would expect better service. I give it Zero Stars
