It’s so sad my family and I have been coming here for years. The last encounter was not good. I ordered honey mustard wings, and I got down the street and noticed I had wings that were drenched in nothing but honey. I called and no one answered. They were closing, so I called the next day. No one still answered as if my call was being screened. I then showed up and showed the video and picture that I took and call log of the history of trying to place the call to return the wings right away .The cashiers remembered the order and remembered seeing us the night before and looked at the pictures and understood and noticed the mistake. Then they asked the Cooks if they could replace the order and the Cooks denied replacing the order. I wasn’t asking for a refund just simply my order to be remade over, as I was not able to eat that chicken last night. Going forward they have lost a good Customer. I will not be coming back here anymore. Simply fixing a 9ct wing combo with some over cooked curly fries made them loose a great customer that’s spends with their entire family faithfully. Customer service goes a long way. Me or my family will not be back. Thank you for the years shared.

The wings special combos are a fantastic deal! Always a great spot for lunch. The sauces are so good, and the chicken wings are fresh and have a lot of meat on them. I especially love the curly fries! Haha. Highly recommend dining in for lunch or any time you’re craving wings really!!

The Wings were crispy. Plenty of sauce. They were perfect.
Chicken tenders are massive. The curly fries were excellent.
The turkey sandwich was delicious as well.
I wish more restaurants would do the counter order. There is a soda fountain and water. Great food great find. So happy to have stopped.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to report a deeply concerning instance of discriminatory customer service that I experienced at your location yesterday.
• I visited Wings for the first time and placed my order.
• Prior to my order, a white couple ordered.
• Following my order, a white woman placed hers.
• All three parties sat down to wait for their food.
• The cashier immediately brought the white couple’s food directly to their table.
• The cashier then began calling out a number repeatedly. As I had not been informed that I would be called by a number, I did not immediately realize this was for me. When I looked up, the cashier was looking directly at me, indicating the order was mine, which I then had to retrieve from the counter myself.
• Immediately afterward, I observed the same cashier take the white woman’s food directly to her table.
Disturbed by this clear difference in treatment, I approached the cashier and asked, “Why did you require me to pick up my food at the counter, but you delivered the food to the tables of the other two customers?”
Her response was shocking and explicit: “Because I was fond of them.”
I challenged this, stating that it meant she treats customers differently based on her personal preferences, even when she doesn’t know them. She essentially confirmed this discriminatory practice.
I called back today and the same young lady answered the phone. When I asked her to can i speak to a manger she laughed it off and ask me is this the lady from yesterday. To my astonishment, the manager echoed the cashier’s sentiment, stating the same justification for the unequal service. I expressed to him that this is an example of extremely poor customer service that appears racially motivated and unprofessional.

Needed to grab something quick to eat, so stop in. My husband ordered mango habanero wings and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were good and firm.I ordered sweet tai chili wings, curly fries, and funnel fries. It didn’t take long for order to come out. When I started eating, I wasn’t a fan of the flavor. Looked at receipt, and it said honey Sriracha wings. I spoke to the cashier about it, No offer of correcting it or anything. I had to ask for a side of sweet tai sauce to help with wings. Overall, the wings were good and nice size, but the wing itself wasn’t seasoned. The curly fries were too soft. The funnel fries were really good.
I will give them another chance.

They should double fry the twisted potato fries!! Fresh cut but needs to be crispier. Overall great and the wings are fried naked with their sauce selections. We like how they are normal sized wings and not those crazy jumbo ones.
