Horrible experience. This experience is enough that I will never go to any Little Caesars pizza ever again. 1st time at this location and apparently it’s in a bad area. And the service is terrible but the owner has to know this based on the same reviews since a year ago (I’ve attached one as a reminder) and nothing has been done to change it. I placed my order on the app to arrive there and had to wait in a long drive thru line because the lobby was closed. Same as the other reviews. About an hour in I realize that even though the lobby is closed the employees are mostly ignoring all the people that have been waiting hours in the drive thru to service the random cars that drive up and wait at the door outside for just a few minutes they get their pizzas 1st. Apparently if you ordered in advance but I also ordered in advance. The app doesn’t allow me to cancel my order so a refund is out of the question I wait or lose my money. After 3 hours of waiting I get to the window and the employee tells me they gave my pizzas away to someone else that I have to wait for them to remake it and that they could not refund me. They gave me 2 pizzas but 1 of them was not what I ordered after a 3 hour wait. How is this location still in business?? Anyways, check the times in the screenshots and to the owner check your system my order # is attached. The other screenshot is there to show you how long the same mess has been going on at your store. Over a year. Unacceptable.

I had the 3 Meat Treat, sausage pepperoni and bacon with a side of crazy bread delivered via doordash. I haven’t had little Ceasars in years and I have to so I was not disappointed.
The food was excellent the delivery was prompt. All in all I would say it was an outstanding experience. Thank you so much.

I was routed to a Little Ceasars on the other side of town. After realizing where the app was sending me, I spent 25 minutes trying to cancel the order and couldn’t. So as not to disappoint the kids, I decided to make the 20-minute drive, and to my dismay, the lobby was “closed” at 8 PM! I was forced to go through a drive-through! I waited more than 30 minutes to pick up pizzas that were paid for over an hour ago. Needless to say, they sucked… even the crazy bread. I wasted over $38 and more than two hours of my time. Avoid this location at any cost!

Ordered an extra most bestest and received this. It has the same amount of pepperoni as a classic and on top of that they added yellow cheese, YELLOW CHEESE. They might’ve ran out of the cheese they use for pizza but let your customers know so they can agree to what your substituting it for. And also no marinara sauce, they gave me a pizza with no Mariana sauce and put yellow cheese in the bottom. SMH

Would come here and get the same order a peperoni hot and ready with parmesean. Had a new employee tell me i can’t have the order I’ve been getting since i started coming here because of company policy. Not only did i get it at another location, i will make sure not to come back to this one. Say seriously you got people that don’t have a brain costing you customers who’ve been with you longer than they’ve been there.
Edit: I went back and see that i can now get my same order again. Sorry it had to come to the review, but it was definately something that need to be addressed….people like parm and crush peppers on their pizza, and if they’re willing to pay for it and you deny them they will go elsewhere.

Horrible service. Waited 30 minutes in line and was never acknowledged by the employees even when they made eye contact with me from the very begging. I had an online order placed so I went inside and they gave it to me right away. If y’all don’t wanna work the drive thru just close it don’t waste people’s time.
