This Northbend Road location in Monfort Heights was very clean inside and out, and had an indoor play area. Service was fast despite a long line in the double drive-thru. The items we ordered were served hot and the order was accurate. Service was very friendly with multiple people checking to make sure I had been waited on.

Really bad experience yesterday. They wouldn’t give us our app order. Then blamed the app and everything else. The girl who was on the drive thru speaker between breakfast and lunch on 10/18 needs educated. We heard her say ,”I’m trying to tell you,” multiple times, and EVERYTHING she said was wrong! We got ahold of someone with customer service skills and common sense at McDonald’s corporate, and they took care of us. Word to the wise- skip this location if you can!

The older lady at the drive-thru actually save the day because the lady or I should say girl who was taking my order was extremely rude My son likes to get his burgers without meat so we get the meat on the side so the dogs can have it when I went to order it a cheeseburger Happy meal with the meat on the side she’s like what you mean meat on the side how we do meat on a side very rude so I told the second lady that actually took and gave us our order about it and she took care of it I go there for my grandson he likes to order his food there he just doesn’t eat the meat he doesn’t like it and I pay a good price for the food and if it wasn’t for the wonderful lady on day shift to hands out the door dashes at the front counter and the awesome woman and the drive-thru that hands out your food on the second window I probably wouldn’t even go there

Just ordered a mobile order, my husband’s Quaterpounder was not cooked properly. I have added photos so you can see. This is completely unacceptable (considering it took them FOREVER to bring the food out). Hopefully he doesn’t get food poisoning from this undercooked burger.
Edit: tried to go here for breakfast this morning, walked in, and was never acknowledged (for approximately 10 minutes)…I then tried to place a mobile order and it would not allow me to. By the time all that had transpired the drive thru line had dwindled so I decided to go through that. Was met with attitude! This McDonald’s is a NO GO

Big breakfast w/ hotcakes and no damn hotcakes and that was the main reason I went to McDonald’s. They gave me the butter, syrup and jelly but NO HOTCAKES

They need the hours sing on the outer door so it can be seen better without getting out to see it. The hours are sunday -friday 5:30 to 11:00 and 5:30 to 12 on friday. The place is always clean. The staff if always helpful. They also have a play area for the kid.

I went to go get McDonald’s for lunch today I didn’t order anything big 2 cheese burgers and a fries and after I got done paying as I was pulling up to the windows to get my food someone threw a milk shake at my car that’s what I get for coming to get lunch at the friendly McDonald’s but not so friendly anymore
