This place could write a book on how to lose a loyal customer. My wife and I have been regulars here for over a year now and yesterday was such a bad experience we won’t be back. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and my wife ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with a crispy waffle and a bowl of grits for our daughter. Tell me why Alexa came back with a single patty and no bacon on the burger and my wife got a cold biscuit and a spongy waffle. Better yet, tell me why she told me the cook was making the correct burger only to come back once the wrong burger was cold with a single patty and some bacon on a plate. Tell me why I had to remind her 3 times that we never got our grits and to take them off. How on earth is she still calling herself a server??

Understaffed. Unsanitary. Uninviting.
There is self seating, which I am used to waffle houses seating people or stating to seat ourselves. When we sat ourselves, the first salesperson gave us an uninviting look and seemed to not want to help us. Once she gave our drink orders to us, she passed us to another salesperson and left. Paige was the only salesperson left, and she had to take care of everyone, which was 3-4 tables.
The cook was by himself, with an unsanitary station, with meat just hanging out in the open in the fridge, and I mean hanging out of its container. He also was slow, and rude to Paige, our salesperson.
Paige did the best she could, but she seemed to be overwhelmed and tended to forget us.
The food was warm, but underwhelming. My lettuce had dirt with it, which some people might enjoy, however, I do not eat dirt regularly.

Place is garbage. Ordered online and they didnt have my food there. Asked me which store i oredered from. Told them this one. They told me i was at the wrong store. Lived here for 40+ years, i know where i was at. Went to the store they told me to go to, food not there either. So im out $30 because they cant get their stuff together

Normally when I come here there’s an active manager and a great male cook! Today, we have been waiting for about an hour for ONE meal, just an all star. Called 45 minutes after we ordered. They aren’t even busy. The manager isn’t helping and the female cool isn’t multitasking and making multiple orders at a time like I’ve seen all cools do. I’ve worked at waffle House my house and been to many, and this is the worst and longest I’ve ever waited for food. It’s really frustrating to see the manager not helping and the cook cooking like she’s at home with all the time in the world. Server didn’t ask if we needed anything when she dropped off the food, condiments were needed. Also there was no hand washing in between grabbing dirty dishes to the sink and bringing those condiments. A regular walked in about 50 minutes after we’ve all been here and got her food before any of us, currently there’s two tables whose been here an hour that’s STILL waiting for their food. While the regular ole Karen is being serviced hot food, getting asked what condiments she wants, fresh coffee, etc we won’t be back this time. People are leaving now and everything. One server is being greedy calling orders back to back but STILL couldn’t get out food before an hour. Another server is losing all HER tables because she isn’t able to call her orders in.

The food wasgreat as usual, and the staff are always friendly. There was a bit of confusion when we walked in because the hostess was no where to be seen so we didn’t know where the end of the line was, but that really isn’t that big of a deal.
