If you don’t have enough staff to cover the morning shift or they are late , hire more people. People who wants to work so your current staff , the ones that actually are on time don’t get frustrated. I was there at 6:53 am waiting by the intercom so i can order. First they told me , we are not open yet. I spoke back to her , no answer. 2 minutes after she comes out to tell me they aren’t set up yet.
I am the costumer , it ain’t my problem. I just wanted breakfast. Now i understand her frustration because the help wasn’t there on time. Shame on the manager… This should have been covered, and if she was the manager , don’t walk out and shut the door when a person/costumer is talking to you.

Normally this location is above average or even exceptional. However just before 2am the morning of July 28, 2025, the staff decided we and our doordash driver should be punished for ordering 15 minutes before they closed, despite the dasher being earlier than the provided ETA. 4 out of 12 items were missing. The 8 we received were obviously prepared with lesser quality ingredients/foreign ingredients/less of the ingredients given and quite intentionally burnt severely. They were then packaged as poorly as possible with food leaking out of the wrapper which then prevented the removal later without tearing the already burnt tortillas. Every item also appeared to have been flattened or squeezed so that they were messier and less appetizing. Due to the vindictive nature of this, and likelihood that worse things could have been done as well, we declined to risk eating the food and gave it to our pets. Doordash provided a full refund, citing the obvious safety hazard. Extremely appalling behavior from the staff on duty, since all employees had to have been aware.

We stopped here at 10:30 PM after spending all day driving and had not ate anything in hours.
Honestly for being so late in the day, all three of us agreed, whis was probably rhe best Taco Bell any of us ever had.
Everything was freshly, hot, and FULL which was nice! Sometimes when I have visited fast food places late in the day the food is thrown together, but it was nice and full.
Great job whoever worked that evening!

I went inside the restaurant to order. The service was very slow. There was only one person ahead of me in line. She got her meal and left. I ordered a Burrito Supreme and waited over ten minutes for it. I think it would have been faster to order in the drive through.

Disappointed in they’re current menu. The Burrito Supreme is now half the size it was. Taco salad had old wilted lettuce. My Receipt Rewards were already submitted to another account not 5 minutes after leaving the drive thru. This seems too be an issue in the Palatka area drive thru, makes me wonder if the staff are submitting others rewards to another’s account upon driving away? Very disappointed.

I know people talk smack about taco bell. But the food was well prepared. Service was quick and very friendly. Even double checked if I needed sauce that I did not request on my online order.
