Awesome Cuban spot! Feels like old Havana real Cuban food and amazing vibes! Totally exceeded my expectations. Karaoke nights are pure joy. Take your Cuban abuelos, they’ll have a blast!

I went to a baby shower that served their catering and while the Arroz Imperial was great, we all noticed that this restaurant prepped their dish with shredded pieces of bones from the chicken. This is negligent from a food standard. That’s why I’m giving them a 3 star.

Tropico has been a cornerstone of my life for over 20 years, and it’s high time I shared just how much this place means to me. Since my teenage years, Tropico has been my go-to spot for the best Cuban breakfast in town—and it has never, ever let me down.

First and foremost, the food is beyond exceptional. Whether you’re craving a perfectly pressed Cuban toast, rich café con leche, or a hearty plate of huevos with a side of crispy bacon, Tropico delivers every single time. The flavors are authentic, comforting, and prepared with the kind of love and attention that reminds you of home. Over the years, their consistency has been nothing short of remarkable—every dish tastes just as incredible as it did the first time I visited.

The service? It’s like being welcomed by family. The staff is warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. They take the time to get to know their regulars, and after all these years, walking into Tropico feels like catching up with old friends. There’s a sense of community here that’s rare to find and impossible to replicate.

The atmosphere is quintessentially Cuban, full of life and energy. It’s the kind of place where locals gather, conversations flow, and the air is filled with the irresistible aroma of freshly brewed coffee and sizzling breakfasts. No matter how busy they get (and trust me, this place is always buzzing for a reason), Tropico has a way of making you feel like the most important guest in the room.

For over two decades, Tropico has been my top choice for a delicious, authentic Cuban breakfast. It’s more than just a restaurant—it’s a tradition, a touchstone, and a place that holds so many cherished memories. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Tropico is a gem, and I’m so grateful to have it in my life. Here’s to 20 more years of phenomenal breakfasts and unforgettable.

This was my first time coming to this restaurant but I was blown away by the food. The portions are big, the price is cheap, and the food is DELICIOUS! I could hardly finish my food but it was so good I powered through and finished it all…go big or go home, am I right? The servers and cashiers were excellent, the atmosphere was chill, and the place was clean. 5/5 would recommend and will DEFINITIVELY come back again!

HORRIBLE. I ordered a breakfast and there was rat feces (yes rat poop) inside my eggs halfway through my meal. I cannot tell you the disgust that I felt. I had to call my doctor and am currently afraid of being violently ill. This place is disgusting and filthy, and apparently rat infested. I will never come here again.

I been coming to this restaurant since I was a teenager, and haven’t been to the restaurant in a very long time, so I ordered the Churasco and when I got home to eat my food, I noticed it smelled kinda funny, the meat was bad it was cooked rotten. Never again I eat at this place. Makes me really sad because this used to be my favorite restaurant. I didn’t even bother calling them or going back. 60 dollars worth of food to the garbage
