McDonald’s what happened to you! I got 2 mcflurrys with my over priced order, and I basically paid 5 dollars each for vanilla ice cream with 1 Oreo cookie crushed on top. Got cold fries and sloppy burgers. The place is remodeled and new looking, but inside looks like a depressed prison. I should have drove down the block to in&out , but don’t wanna wait 40 mins,but at least there you get top notch service and great food. This place is garbage look at the growing low ratings of this place says it all!!! Just drive past this place.

Lol at all the reviews about free refills, read the news folks. McDonald’s stop putting free refills at all their locations. Clean new remodel location. Clean bathroom. Clean dining area. They also have a cool pickup, only side door. Very modern and lots of kiosk to order from. This is the new McDonald’s. Only thing I agree is there’s no play area for kids.

New building, same terrible business. Curbside always takes forever, drive thru person doesn’t know what they’re doing half the time and usually don’t even greet you. Location at 100E is way better and has lower prices.

Absolutely the worst experience.
We stopped in for a “quick bite,” and that was a huge mistake. For a newer restaurant, the operation was shockingly bad. We waited 40 minutes for basic food while a skeleton crew hid in the back. There was no one at the counter, no one cleaning the lobby, and no one available to answer a single question about our order.
We literally had to ask about our food just to get them to even start preparing it. And we didn’t order anything complicated—just a few value meals and a couple of Happy Meals. What we eventually got was barely warm, thrown together, and missing items. The workers clearly didn’t care and acted annoyed when we asked for our drinks and the food we paid for.
This visit was beyond disappointing. After this disaster, I regret ever stopping here, and I won’t be eating at McDonald’s again.

I’d tell you that this McDonald’s was good service or good food but despite them supposedly being open there was none in the drive thru to take an order and all of their doors were locked. I tried to get someone’s attention through the window but the couple of people in there just ignored me. They shouldn’t have wasted the money upgrading this building.

New modern restaurant, same bad service. We ordered 2 fries, 1 shake, 1 hot fudge sundae, & 1 S’mores McFlurry. They messed up our order and gave us cookies instead of the fries. The McFlurry didn’t have much of the s’mores on top so it was basically just whipped vanilla ice cream. You can’t get any refills (we over heard a customer get denied for a refill request). And the trash was over flowing. Thumbs down.

Rating this location a one star all around due to the experience. I stopped to eat dinner before heading to work and there was a homeless guy inside walking around. Yes it seemed he had bought a soda but I will say the staff should do a better job of checking what he was doing. I didn’t fully enjoy my meal as the man kept approaching asking for food and money at moments little aggressively. Basically the entire time it was me having to eat my meal and keeping an eye on him that he wouldn’t try something. The staff should be trained on keeping a better eye that their customers don’t get harassed or bothered like that.

Every time I come here it’s a disappointment. The service is struggling… maybe if I walk in and just give up the convenience of the drive thru it would be better.
They have consistently made me wait in the line then taken others in the other lane (that arrived after me) EACH time I have come.
They have also ran out of food items at least once every 3 times I have tried them. I keep hoping it is ‘opening’ pains and they will get better.
