I recently visited this KFC location and had a somewhat mixed experience. While the overall visit was decent, I was disappointed with the chicken itself. It was noticeably greasy, which affected the taste and made it less enjoyable than I was hoping for.

That said, the rest of my experience was fine. The service was adequate and the restaurant was what you’d expect from KFC. If they can improve the quality of their chicken preparation and ensure it’s not overly greasy, this location would be much better.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a very unprofessional and unacceptable experience at your drive-thru location on February 1, 2026, at approximately 11:30–11:36 AM.
I ordered a 3-piece chicken tender meal with a diet drink through the drive-thru. I observed a white female manager place her hands inside my food box. This immediately concerned me for sanitary and food safety reasons. I requested a refund due to this issue.
The manager refused to refund my money and stated, “We don’t give refunds.” There is no signage on the drive-thru window indicating a no-refund policy. The manager became rude, took my receipt, mentioned something about a “credit,” and refused to return my receipt or my money. I was then told to leave the drive-thru.

Another employee was drying her watery eyes from allergies none of the employees wash there hands

I complied and left the location. I immediately contacted corporate to report the incident.
I have been a regular customer at this location for several years, but due to this experience, I will never return. This store owes me a full refund. I am requesting that the security cameras be reviewed to confirm the incident.
This situation reflects poor management, lack of customer service, and serious food handling concerns. I expect follow-up and resolution regarding my refund. I will take yall to small claim court regarding my money you’re manager kept.

The place is extremely slow under new leadership. Takes for ever to orde r and longer to get your food. Do not look like you have enough staff every time we go you are losing customers. Because is never that busy and service is to long . People saying they aren’t going back… not sure we will if you don’t improve drastically soon…

I can’t say that I’ve gone here one time and had a bad experience every last one of your employees needs a raise for their customer service and their patients and they are so proper and sweet. I really appreciate all the employees here you guys go above and beyond compared to any other fast food chain thank you give them a raise

I haven’t gotten my food yet but im sure its like other KFC. However, Monica working night shift needs 1000% kudos and a raise. She handled a Deaf customer (my dad) with such dignity and respect that is often lost in these establishments. Her cultural awareness, patience, and respect to speak slowly and clearly to him despite me interpreting for her is unmatched customer service and above and beyond her job. I am thankful for my interaction with her. She definitely made our night! THANK YOU MONICA!

Both times I have ordered for pick up here they have screwed up my order or not included any sauces in my DoorDash order. The one time I did pick up, they were extremely busy and all you could hear was cursing and laughing from the kitchen. No one greets or acknowledges you as you stand your 15 minutes at the counter waiting for an order to be finished that was placed over 30 minutes ago.

I ordered the 8 piece chicken meal, extra crispy . It came with 2 sides of potatoes and gravy and biscuits. I also added a large coleslaw. The chicken was not extra crispy. It was the same as Winn Dixie just very greasy. IT WAS NOT EXTRA CRISPY.
Mashed potatoes and gravy were just okay. Everything else was good. Great service in drive thru.

This kfc used to be really good. It’s gone downhill. My last three orders were wrong. Don’t think they know how to read a ticket because they never give you your sauce. Food’s always cold.
