This restaurant is beyond filthy, none of the tables were clean, we had to ask for a towel, the pop machine was dirty and had no ice, none of the workers speak English so was hard to communicate with them about issues. I posted pics of the food and those should speak for themselves. This was by far the worst experience ever at a burger king.

Really? Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes. Not even a “hello”. We came inside instead. Food was good and prompt. Soda was running out of syrup, no ice, and flat. I asked for a supervisor, I sat at the counter for what seems like forever. Nobody came up to talk to me, nobody. I have to be pretty darn hungry before I give thos place another shot.That’s my review, and I’m stickin with it.

The only thing that’s good is the food. That’s when it gets to you! Temperature in the store feels like it’s 65 degrees, there’s only 1 person working the front and drive through. There’s only one person working in the back cooking. It takes forever to get your food. The pop machine in the dining area is out of order. They got our order wrong! Had to wait another 5 minutes for our sandwiches! And be careful when you’re stepping out of your car, they don’t salt the lot, the lot is really icy. I will not be coming back to this bk! I taste everything at a 1.

I haven’t had this bad of an experience in a long time. I had ordered 4 medium soft drinks, 2 burgers and a fry, yet the lady thought I said another fry instead of Sprite so she gave me another fry and 3 drinks. After discussing that I asked for ice in our drinks, which she said they didn’t have any. I asked for the drink money back which in response she asked for the food back and gave me the money fully back. I don’t understand why we couldn’t get what we paid for. I asked to see the manager and she said she was the manager. Very frustrating and disappointing on how it was handled. I don’t plan on coming back here.

Terrible will never go back. Learn to train your employees how redeem your free whopper took 3 employees and a manager to figure out how to redeem it. Food took forever and was not good at all worst bk i have ever been too in my life.

Orders are consistently incorrect and missing items. Today, I’m eating on the go, not peak hours, and I ordered online, my sandwich with BBQ and cut in half. At the drive thru window they had me pull over and wait. They threw BBQ in the bag and not cut in half. The cheeseburger in the happy meal was not what I ordered. Had onion rings on it. What was I waiting for? Then, I had go inside and get a knife so I could finish preparing the food in the car. Is it really that hard to work at burger king? When you literally have 1 customer?

Very impressed with this location. I don’t come often but everytime it’s been good. On Nov 21st around 1:30 I had the crispy onion Whopper and it was made very well, a monster of a burger. Staff who prepared and served it did a great job and treated me well.
Huge improvement over that other location at off Snelling in Roseville which is such a worse spot. I will drive the extra 5 minutes to come here from now on.

Very clear deficiency in management. Stood at register for ten minutes before my order was taken. Multiple employees made eye contact but made no other acknowledgement. Even worse, the fire exit in the kitchen was blocked, a clear hazard to employee safety. Food was fine and the lobby was kept tidy so the staff is clearly on task and productive, but management is not engaged.
