We live a block away so we come here regularly… hands down the lady working around 630 tonight (sat 11/22) deive thru…. AMAZING customer service . very nice and friendly even made a recommendation to have cookie pieces in the frosties I ordered (the snickerdoole one) OMG me and hubby said that is the best frosty ever and the cookie pieces put it over the top. Amazing stop tonight.

I live close to this location and have been here a handful of times. Never had any issues with my order. Drive thru line may take some time depending on time of day. Service varies depending on the staff person but it’s never been rude, only brief and transactional which is perfectly fine service to me.
Recently there’s been an employee Id like to shout out: Romeo! (I think that’s his name. Apologies if not!) Has tats and a lip piercing. Sweetest guy ever when taking your order and engaging at the window. It’d be awesome if we could experience his energy at every drive-thru place we go to! Hope he knows he’s appreciated.

This place attracts far too much drama and yet I keep coming back lol. On my most recent trip for lunch today the women in the car in front of me in the drive thru picked a fight with the manager at the pickup window which ended in the manager calling the police to send someone to the restaurant before the girls came inside to fight and got behind the counter and got “hot grease”. This wasn’t the first fight I’ve witnessed between staff and customers here so I was not surprised to see it happening again. Hopefully it deescalated and no one got hurt, but I did not stick around to find out and gladly took my food and left. The food was great! I will be back, but maybe with some mace in my car next time just in case.

The service was actually pretty damn good. It was fast and everything was as it should be. The food left a little something to be desired though. The burger was super dry,, I felt like I had to choke most of it down.

This location is not great. I have been going here for a while, since 2013, and lately the service has declined. The times we were able to get food, it was good.

Your staff was outright. Rude told me they were not open when they were. And that they would not serve me food unless I ordered on DoorDash. This is my regular Wendy’s, and I come here all the time. Why would I continue?

I would have ordered but I was at the speaker for over 25 minutes with a line of people behind me, after being stuck in line for 10.
I pulled around to let them know, and the young lady at the window was acting like she was taking thenext person’s order, while listening to whatever they had going on inside… which sounded like a lot! I said “excuse me, you have quite the line back there, five people have already left”, she rolled her eyes and held up her index finger indicating that I wait.( I wasn’t trying to order or wait) I initially drove around to see if they were still open, which they were. They had a store FULL of employees. We counted eight total, mostly in the restaurant section, not behind the counter.
The food from this location is normally good, we like the apple pecan salad, and my granddaughter loves the fries. But it is hit or miss when it comes to service.
