We waited about an hour to be seated, which was longer than told (20 minutes), but once we were at our table the service made a big difference. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and checked on us often, which we really appreciated.
The calamari was absolutely perfect , crispy, flavorful, and delicious.
However, we all agreed that the lobster flatbread was a bit too salty for our taste. My husband really enjoyed his lobster duo and was happy with his meal.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan of the crab carbonara. It was very greasy, and | probably should have known better than to order an Italian-style pasta dish at a seafood-focused restaurant.
Overall, the service was great, but the food was a mix of and misses.

My wife and I stopped in today for a nice meal. We were meet with a wonderful time and atmosphere. We could not have asked for a better experience. The food was delicious and Jennifer (our waitress) was amazing. What a great personality and she knew how to make you really feel welcome. Her suggestions, for food and drinks, were on point, thank you for the old fashioned recommendation, Jennifer!

Today is Valentins’s Day. I made reservations for my family here. When we arrived there was a long line, as expected. I walked to the front to inform the desk I was here under reservation. I was informed that everyone had a reservation and they were running 30 minutes behind. We waited and then went back to the front desk to check again. The man addressed my wife in a very rude tone and was clearly very frustrated about having to deal with all of us customers. He did tell us it wouldn’t be much longer. We waited another 45 minutes. I went back to the front and there was a new person at the desk, at least she didnt seem angry at all of us for being there. She told me that there was an issue with the software that allowed everyone to book reservations at the same time. She told me that the gm and his boss new about the issue but could not stop the reservations from booking. Obviously there was no effort made past trying to fix the booking. It would have been much more considerate to inform the 50 some odd people via phone call or text template that there was an issue. This is an important holiday for many of us, and this year it was ruined by a lack of customer service and one angry employee.
There was still 12 people ahead of me after waiting now for 1 and a half hours.
We finally recieved a call 1 hour and 45 minutes after my reserved time. That is a far cry from the initial “30 minutes” we were told.
This is clearly valuing the money they can make from a line over the experience the customer has. I do not appreciate my families Valentines Day being sacrificed for the sack of your bottom line.

We had a wonderful experience at the Winchester location, #6321. Our server, Rebecca B. Was very sweet, extremely helpful, paid attention to our needs, and went above and beyond. The food was exquisite and came very fast. The vide of the restaurant was very nice and welcoming. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful night out fir my husband and I. Used a gift card given to me for my birthday. Everything was perfect, even got the ‘The Globe’ specialty drink. Wonderful…..then we went home to this. Anearly puppy open the gifts Christmas.
