I’m always a little concerned when a restaurant isn’t busy on a weekend afternoon. Our oldest Son wanted us to try the burgers because he & a friend had eaten there a few weeks ago. It was a very nice visit. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was extremely clean. The food was excellent. The only reason I gave it 4stars was because it seems expensive for 3 people. The drinks were about $3each+$8 for large fries+ 2 smaller burgers $8 each + about $12 for double meat cheeseburger = $52. I assume the reason that it wasn’t busy was maybe because it’s a little pricey for burgers.

I remember going to 5 guys in AZ and really enjoyed my experience. I raved to my husband so he could try. We were the first ones that day. I was supposed to have a bunless burger but was served a bun. The ladies watched and laughed from behind the counter. Yikes! The soda machine had no syrup. It was flavorless. The fries weren’t as crispy as I remembered. I was wondering why 5 guys is empty …I think they’re lacking in good customer service and atmosphere. After the lady who laughed at supposedly getting my order wrong on accident came out and gave my husband $10 off coupons for when we come again….unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

A little expensive for a hamburger place but they have great food. The fry portions are huge, a small is the save of an extra large at most other fast food. Clean facilities with friendly and helpful staff! The lettuce wrap is a great gluten free option.

Husband and I took a walk this evening and wound up over here for dinner. We have never been to Five Guys before. I do not eat cow so there was one true option – the BLT. My husband ordered the Cheeseburger – All the way with every topping. We decided to share a regular order of Cajun fries. Our order arrived in a paper bag with grease soaked through. He was extremely excited to open up his foil wrapped double stacked cheesy cow burger. The fries were crammed into a small cup and there were bonus fries that covered the bottom third of the paper sack. I unwrapped my foiled sandwhich to examine what a Five Guys BLT looks like. It was served on a round seasame bun, layered with oodles of layers of crunchy bacon, slathered in mayo, tomato, and some lettuce. The bacon was over cooked to a crisp – like dog treats. Couldn’t complain too much – it was a thickly stacked helping of bacon for $7.50. Fries were satisfactory – looked like the authentic cut and fried potatoes tossed around in Tony C’s seasoning. Husband was pleased with his cheeseburger. The price was okay….. Wish for more non-cow options and maybe some ranch to go with the fries. Would love to try a shake sometime.

Food was amazing, especially the “in house” fries. So good! Just a bit pricey. 10/10 Will definitely go again.

The burgers and fries were great as usual. Zero complaints on them and the peanuts were tasty too. I went in at 3 pm, definitely a slower business time for Five Guys: one other lady and myself, at least five employees behind the counter. As my order was taken, I could see the others watching and it was uncomfortable. When I picked up my order at the counter, same thing, walking back for additional napkins, same thing. A couple came in to pick up a to-go order and received the same behavior. I would go back, the food is that good, but if the employees did the same, it would be my last visit. An employee of another fast food restaurant told me her boss said “if you’ve got time to lean, you’ve got time to clean”. Wise words. This store could use a bit of cleaning, but for the most part, the interior looked tired.

This was my first time trying 5 Guys. Christie was manning the ship and she made my burger with love and a smile. It was wonderful. This is an employee worth keeping. She’s awesome.

Service here is spot on!! Exactly what we ordered – how we ordered it. Burgers were yummy and fries were, too. We got both kinds and liked them both!

There are a lot of choices for condiments to add to your burger or hot dog at Five Guys. You can customize a unique combination that you can’t get at most other burger places. My favorite is the bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms and A-1 sauce.
Their fries taste incredibly fresh. You can get them plain or spice it up with some Cajun seasoned ones. Be aware that you will receive a large serving of these yummy fries, even when ordering the regular size.
