This is one of the worst breakfast experiences I’ve had in the last two years. I came with my family – four of us – to have breakfast as usual. And then the nightmare began. The place was less than half empty, so I can’t blame it on the fact that they were fully booked, although I really wanted to. They simply FORGOT ABOUT us from the start. They sat us at a table with an empty teapot, and when we asked to clear it, they said that this should be the case at all tables (spoiler, this was not the case at any table except ours). We sat waiting for the menu for a decent amount of time, after which we had to call the waitress ourselves, who decided not to honor us with her presence right away. But that’s okay, it’s not even half the problem. We ordered four meat dishes, which took more than twenty minutes to bring to us (with the place not fully booked), and they FORGOT to include one of the dishes (tomato soup) in the bill, which is why I reminded them twice about my soup. The dishes were full of variety – burnt meat, raw onions, tons of oil, spoiled broccoli, uncooked, but quickly boiled mashed potatoes in lumps. And in my dish they added burnt bread, which was not part of the dish. A compliment from the chef, as I understand it) This was the last time we came to this cafe. Do you want to ruin your mood from the very morning? Your choice is this place.
P.s. Oh yes, I forgot to mention, when the coffee we ordered was brought to us, it was simply thrown on the table, which caused my father to wipe it off the table. Was the waitress who did this bothered at all? Did she apologize or at least offer more napkins to clean up her own mistake? The question is, of course, rhetorical.

We came for breakfast with three children (ages 10, 8, and 5) and two adults. When we received the check, an 18% large party gratuity had already been added without any notice or explanation from the server. We were not informed verbally, and it was written very small at the bottom of the bill. The check was then presented in a way that made it seem like an additional tip was expected.
We usually tip 20% when dining out, so this situation felt uncomfortable and disappointing. I strongly recommend that parties with children or groups of five carefully review their bills to avoid accidentally tipping twice.
The server was not particularly friendly, and since this was our first visit, it did not leave a good impression. Unfortunately, we are not eager to return.
That said, the food was very good. Most importantly, the manager was extremely kind, listened carefully to all of our concerns, and genuinely tried to help. We truly appreciate the manager’s professionalism and kindness.

My husband and I have come here for breakfast quite a few times, and we always leave saying “I think that’s our favorite ihop”. The food is always great and comes out fast, and the customer service is phenomenal! You can tell the managers/owners really care about this place and making sure their customers are taken care of. 10/10 would recommend!

See the photos, if it is in public view imagine how will the kitchen be? We will never come back to this place, it is one of the dirtiest and most run down places I have ever seen in any type of restaurant. When we ordered the food they didn’t have many things because they “changed the menu” that’s what the waitress told us, practically I asked the waitress it’s better that you tell us what you have and we decide what we eat based on what you guys have. After she brought us food, she never, ever came back to see if we needed anything, water, more coffee or just to ask if we needed something. She just came back with the ticket and asked us “do you need anything? boxes or something” I told her “I wanted more coffee but you never came back but thank you very much.” You can clearly see the work ethic this place has or management style they have, I am sure their is good workers there but the conditions of this restaurant says a lot. This place is a do not return, without a doubt, we will not return. Place was not good. Food, was not good. Service was not good. A combination to one star restaurant.

It’s an IHOP. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Not busy when I arrived for dinner. D promptly seated. Menus were clean and not sticky. Drinks arrived quickly and the food right behind. Food was warm without being hot. Many different choices for pancakes and breakfast items. My order was correct and tasted good. Some components were fresh and other (strawberries) tasted like frozen variety. Although it was slow the waitress was attentive and hustling to take care of the customers. Ample parking. Near TCC. would try again.

This single Oreo waffle was almost 15 dollars by itself and barely had any Oreos in it and the whip cream was missing from mine and my son’s food.
The prices here are getting pretty ridiculous for what you get and the food is usually nasty.
The service to be greeted is always very slow as well.

On 12/28/25 I ordered California eggs Benedict. All the avocados on it were brown and black. I just got home from taking my child to be seen at the Mary Bridge urgent care. I was exhausted and hungry I removed the avocados and ate it.
I decided to give the restaurant another chance on 1/2/2025 I ordered chocolate chip pancakes with a meal. Received the meal with buttermilk pancakes instead.
I will never ordered from this restaurant again. This restaurant lacks quality and respect. Your response and request to copy and paste for further details is a joke.

First time trying this location. It was 2:00pm, got a table right away. My husband had breakfast and I had lunch. I had the classic burger. It was very good, and juicy. Our server, Ayasha, was very friendly and checked on us several times. Looking forward to returning

We went originally for the minions menu but they didn’t have it yet, but stayed and ended up getting a pepperjack patty melt and a strawberries and cream crepes, as well as a blue razz lemonade splash and a mango lemonade splash. The pepperjack patty melt was very cheesy and tasty, I recommend if you like peppers and cheese :). crepes were pretty good, I put some of the butter pecan syrup on it and it reminded me of cobbler which made it even better. Restaurant was completely empty aside from us, so service was great. Overall a nice experience! Chef has excellent music taste 😉
