Went at 9:00 on a Friday, went inside and ordered to go through the kiosk. Got my drinks first, one was a sweet tea that the guy didn’t fill all the way. I asked a girl worker if she could put more and she understood and put more. I appreciate things like that, the food was perfect. I’m glad to say Mcdonald’s did me perfect

We sat for 45 minutes in the store order 2 different orders!!
The first order they forgot the cheeseburger and all 3 chicken sandwiches had Brown nasty lettuce.
Then the second was coffee and they had to remake 2 of 3 over and still wasn’t what we paid or ordered. Wasn’t gonna wait another 45 minutes for again!!

Im telling you again, this location has been the best of the best. I pick up food for people at the hospital and i have 5 children. We have been eating a lot of McDonald’s.
Sometimes i go to kiosk and order, sometimes i go curbside …..this locations rating is all wrong.
The menus are working, the kiosk, the screen that displays orders as well. Excellent shape.
This morning i went to the one at the hospital …..doors locked at 845am ( opens 7am here) and …..your food will take a very long time if you even get it. Here ive never had a problem except once and they were polite and it was okay.
Bulldoze your crew at the hospital bc they can not work together.

This might honestly be the worst McDonald’s ever. I’ve ordered five times and they have messed up all five a flawless 0.000 batting average. At this point I’m starting to think it’s a talent. Maybe try shocking me and getting one order right?

I just stopped for a coffee but it’s an exceptionally nice McDonald’s. I don’t know if it was just remodeled but it looks like it. Very cool design and very clean. The woman who took my order was friendly and polite.

I had to scream into the microphone to get service at all!!!! Ordered two double quarter pounder sandwiches and received two singles AFTER having to pull over to wait when there was ONE car in front of me!! Three customers pulled out before I received my order. No fries, no drinks!!!!!!!! Just two sandwiches! Worst McDonald’s in Greenville!

All day long I was craving a cheeseburger.
When it came time for my lunch break, I went to this McDonald’s for the first time.
I waited in the drive through for 40 minutes (my lunch break is only 30 total) and watched 4 of the cars behind me be helped first at the speaker in the other lane. When it was finally my turn, I ordered politely.
I paid at the first window.
At the second window I thought I received my order.
Nope. Someone else’s chicken nuggets.
When I got back to work I threw it away.
Complete waste of time and money.
Will never go to this awful place again.
Whoever got MY order, I hope you enjoyed the cheeseburger.
