Our orders are right every time. They’ve never messed up an order. We had to wait five minutes a couple times, that’s it. This is our favorite location in the area. Kudos the staff at this store. We appreciate you!

Had to ask for a wet rag to clean our own table.
Then only half our food came out and 15 minutes later the brought one burger of 4 burgers to use literally another 15 minutes and nothing. The works do not care or something the manager was on there phone the whole time. This place was a joke. I’m like it’s fast food how hard is your job. Come on

Gross every time I come to this location. Today looks like someone sat on my shriveled up McChicken before putting it in the bag. It was also an old stale bun and dehydrated chicken. Never again.

It seemed very closed and dark.
At 10 o’clock at night. I wanted a hot chocolate but what I got was like hot water only and I ran out of gas in the drive through cause it took so long. How about it? 15 minutes from when I was just ordering at the sign and coming around the corner to pay and then wait for my one.Item I ran out of gas right there.
.. Luckily I have some gas in the gas.Can but I have to drive around again to try to get a different cup of hot chocolate.That tasted like chocolate.
.. I hadnTo turn my motor off several times trying to get to the drive through.And I was the only one in the drive through that they were so slow.
Other cars even came and laughed because they were too slow to order at the beginning.
Then I couldn’t wait any longer because I had to rush to walmart before they closed at eleven p m. Well, when I got there at 10:40nThey had already closed early.
Now I’m stuck here.Sleeping in my car in the walmart parking lot, which isn’t really so bad, but even though it is what is it, I didn’t plan to stay out all night and leave my pets outside running around, wondering why I never came home..
I drove all the way from Virginia to los Venus. To go to Walmart to get a extra long appliance cord extension.n For my generator to go through the window to my trailer. I’m plugging the microwave inside.
I drove a long way here and I might as well stay till the morning now because I missed it by whatever fifteen minutes because I was sitting there at mcdonald’s i’m gonna go back there and get a hot chocolate.
…. I gotta go get some gas first after midnight.

waited in the front for 10 minutes before someone came to help me. repeatedly telling me “hold on” you guys need to get more staff. i work fast food as well and customers waiting in the lobby just to order is ridiculous.

This McDonald’s address is the most disgusting I have ever walked in and had to experience while taking my two children to go play in their play area. They had it closed off somebody’s sleeping on the chair, food all on the floors food on the tables absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. I can only imagine if the workers wash their hands when preparing the food never going back there.

I ordered egg McMuffins and my husband got sick and was burping up rotten eggs for 2 days, he got food poisoning from McDonald’s. I did contact mcdonalds and sorry but we can’t help you.

8-16-25 this was the WORST service i have ever experienced. I went into mcdonalds and waited an hour for them to make my food, TWO HAPPY MEALS. They were getting everybody in the drive thru but nobody inside, we did place our orders on the screen. Another women also came in and was visibly upset so it wasn’t just me experiencing this, I went up to ask when it was gonna be done very nicely and they still took so long and they kept lying saying it was gonna be ready i was in the mcdonalds for an hour and the only people on shift were literal teenagers and when i went to go get their attention they had airpods in their ears, which is VERY unsanitary and they kept acting like they couldn’t hear highly disrespectful place n the timestamps were 8:32 PM when i got there and it was 9:38 by the time we left the mcdonalds.
