We stopped by for dinner on Saturday night. We got in without any wait but it was fairly busy. We got our drinks and appetizers quickly but then the wait began. Almost 45 minutes to get our food and even then it didn’t come out at the same time. My wife’s food was last – a full 5 minutes behind ours.
Our server apologized as did the manager saying the kitchen had gotten overwhelmed.
The burger was pretty good juicy, well-cooked, and overall enjoyable. Unfortunately, the fries were disappointing. They lacked flavor and felt very plain.
The pepperoni pizza was good, with decent flavor and toppings, but it was a little greasy, which took away from it a bit.
One downside is the pricing it feels a bit overpriced for what you get, especially considering the inconsistent sides.
Overall, some solid food, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to fries and value.
While other tables are seated and have their orders taken within 15–20 minutes, we are consistently told it will be “15 minutes” and then left waiting over an hour just to place an order. During our most recent visit, after finally being seated, our assigned server did not approach our table for nearly 30 minutes. When she did, her attitude was dismissive and noticeably different from how she interacted with surrounding tables.
After placing our order, we waited another 40 minutes for our food, while multiple tables who were seated after us received their meals before we were even able to order. This has happened repeatedly over the years. The delays, the indifference, and the clear difference in treatment are unacceptable.
We will not be returning. We also intend to share this experience publicly on social media so others are aware of how customers like us are treated here. We hope management takes this seriously, because no family should feel unwelcome or disrespected in a place they’ve supported for years.
