The food is exactly what you expect from CAVA, taste wise. The service at this particular Cava was slow and sloppy. My sandwich’s wrapper had more sauce then my sandwich. All the wooden tables were covered in a film of stickiness/grime. I didn’t see a single worker cleaning even though numerous tables turned over. Keep your elbows off the table, not for manners, but you might just get stuck.

I’ve been to this CAVA many times and usually have a great experience — the staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh. However, this visit was very disappointing. The person preparing my bowl (her name tag said Muva) had a really bad attitude and was extremely rude while serving. Every time I asked for something, she just tossed it into the bowl carelessly, almost like she didn’t want to be there.
She was rushing through everything, throwing ingredients around, and even messed up my order. At one point, she claimed she added extra falafel, but that only happened because she was tossing things so carelessly. It made the whole experience unpleasant.
CAVA usually provides great service, but this time was unacceptable. I hope management takes note and ensures better customer service. Honestly, if I see her working next time, I’ll probably skip ordering altogether.

Great spot and quick food to fulfill that hunger. I am cutting a star as they took away an item I forget spicy super green or something. But always an amazing food.

The surface was great. That lady was really nice and we’re kind of noob at going here and we’ve never been here before so she was really really helpful and I just really hope the food is good. I haven’t tried it yet. All right let me take my first bite I’m gonna tell you how it is straight up oh right we need to put all of it on there first. Sorry guys I’m with my friend why don’t we taste it first go ditto holy all right guys we just put some dill sauce so there and it’s really good. I’m excited. Yes you can mix it. I’m really excited for sweet potatoes. Actually we got sweet potato, grilled chicken and a bunch of things OK we’re gonna try the potato OK so it’s really good. Everything here is great. Come here.

Keira’s service was really good. She was super friendly and really focused and took time on my bowl, guiding me through the choices and making great recommendations. Her positive attitude made the whole experience even better.

Most dishonest service. Ordered surprise bowl and got super bad (smelly) bowl with NO meat and only cut vegitables and lentils. Not sure what to do with it. Had to throw in the trash by paying for these bowls. The food had foul smell which lingered in the kitchen for a while.

I’m a contractor at the local GSK, I come here frequently after work. Today though the G.O.A.T. Gavin made me the best bowl I’ve had in a while. I recommend their Harissa Honey Chicken, make sure to get some of the fried pita chips to go with it as well.
