Classic bar vibe with all high top seating, which I love. Ample TV’s displaying a variety of games. Sports Jerseys everywhere. Food was spot on. Great shredded pot roast, which our waitress Olivia recommended. She was very nice. My wife had a very tasty chicken salad.

The service is always great the atmosphere very comfortable and chill.
The fish sandwich was quite a bit overcooked where the batter was dark dark brown, but otherwise tasty, coleslaw was very good.
The chicken fried steak was above average and good for the class of restaurant that is the green beans were actually exceptionally good cooked perfectly and very flavorful. Even the kids liked the green beans.
The kids menu is recently priced with good portions with extensive choices. However, it did not have pictures of the food so a younger kid may have difficulty making a choice.
Overall, a good place to have a meal or hang out and definitely one of the best spots for a meal in the area.

The food was fantastic. The cocktails are tasty and reasonably priced. They have a seasonal menu that is appealing and fresh. Reasonable pricing and amazing service make it a worthwhile visit. My parents suggested this place and it did not disappoint. I got the crispy chicken wrap. I was worried it would be tiny, but it was a perfect size to be able to take some home. Great atmosphere, and our waitress was wonderfully attentive. She helped my step mom pick out four different beers to taste before picking the right one to order. The staff is so friendly at this place that it always reminds me of Cheers (where everyone knows your name). The bar is a great place to hang out and watch football on the weekends. And Backstop makes the absolute best nachos! Thankful to have this restaurant in our little Canby community!

I was greeted by Megan, the bartender, on the bar side of the establishment. Very friendly :-). I moved over to the food side to meet my friends for lunch. Our waitress, Precious, was also friendly and bubbly! Our meal came out in about 15 minutes in a busy time at lunch… very impressive! The meal was very flavorful and had a good amount of spice, along with the peanut sauce, which was awesome! I will definitely go back there…
