My concrete mix didn’t arrive until after I finished my very greasy cod. How does it take longer to make an ice cream than took cook the fish? Especially after they told me it was cooked fresh. Oh well. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not the best Culvers I been to. Just nitpicking, I’d rather my mix-ins be mixed into the custard, not on my lid.

Clean, friendly, and exactly what you want from a Culver’s. Staff was upbeat, food came out hot, and they didn’t skimp on the custard. Dining area was spotless even during the lunch rush. Nothing groundbreaking, just solid execution. Would stop here again without hesitation.

Culvers isn’t what it used to be. Uncleaned tables in the dining room, smaller portion sizes at higher prices along with long wait times for food due to under staffing make this restaurant much less desirable than it once was. Melted custard and un eatable rubber chicken sandwich were extremely disappointing at our last visit. Skip this restaurant and go to Chick-fil-A instead. Kids get free ice cream with their meal at Chick-fil-A!
Update: On a recent visit looking for a clean table to dine in, every single table was filthy dirty (all dozen of them) and the restaurant wasn’t even busy! Portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller. Just when you think it couldn’t get any worse, it does. Out of ice, lids and straws at the drink station.

I went through the drive thru shortly after 3. I ordered a burger with no onions and curds. After paying I pulled to the end of the lane where one car was already parked. I waited 17 minutes for my order. Checked to make sure a burger and curds are in bag. Drive 15 minutes home and my burger has grilled onions on it. Ruined my lunch

Last week charged me for cheese sauce when I said I didn’t want it. Now again charged me and didn’t even give me any. They charge extra for everything on a burger and only show on screen which I didn’t notice, and they don’t show charges on receipt. Why so deceptive?
