No indications until ordering the drink system is down and they’re unable to fulfill combos. Would have appreciated signage on the door to alert me to this prior to getting out of the car. Also checked around drivethru and there is no indication of this for customers there either.
Food is on par with a typical taco bell, no orders at the register and only one of the two order pads operational. The shop was a ghost town, complete woth sticky floors reminiscent of walking into an old movie theater.

Portion size is never what’s advertised. I ordered the new quesarito and the size looks nothing like the picture and when I order nachos they’re always lacking quantity. People pay their money at least give them the portion size y’all advertise.

Did a mobile order for 2 people, it took over 40 minutes after we ordered and over half an hour after the food was estimated to be done to get our food. We had been standing there at least 15 minutes when i heard them tell someone to get started on our order. They offered to give us a free food item since it was taking so long, but they didnt actually even give us the item. They screwed up multiple food items as well. And we had to ask for our drinks multiple times after we got them. It wasnt even busy there was like one other customer in the restaurant the entire time.

Bad Nachos and worse service. They really chose to save $1 over continued business.

Nachos hardly came with cheese. Noticed only once i got home. Went today to ask if they can make me a replacement for yesterday order. Manager said “sorry i cant without receipt”. I told her i have receipt. She says “sorry i cant without the order” and says to pull up to window. I tell her i dont have the order but had a video of the bad order. She says shed only be willing to replace the cheese. I gave up and just took my tiny cheese replacement. Wont be going back.

The workers tonight were so unfriendly ungrateful and unprofessional. Im shocked they have a job at all. Never been meet with such rude employees with no customer service skills of any kind. And the food taste just like the service they gave out. Absolutely pathetic. If u hate ur job and schedule so bad then quite!

This was my first time being at this particular location. I have to say the way this location made every single item of my order has to be THE BEST EVER than any other Taco Bell location I’ve EVER been to. I was surprised that each item was prepared perfectly.. from the perfect portion of meat, to perfect portion of veggies, with just the right amount of cheese. I had a Deluxe Box and a Mexican Pizza and I can tell whoever prepared it, prepared it with care and has a passion for cooking/food prep/food. I applaud and give compliments to the chef. I also have the Taco Bell App and had forgotten to present it at the register for rewards points, and the cashier, who was very kind and gave great customer service kindly showed me that I can scan the barcode on the receipt to be able to earn points for my purchase. I’m not from nor do I live in the Sacramento, but I would most definitely come back to this Taco Bell again if/when if I ever am in this area.

Meannya and her manager were awful. I ordered 3 tacos without the shell and they were just so confused on how to put this in a tray. I tried to dumb it down as basic as possibly could be explained and they were still confused and rude. Won’t be coming here again. Drove to Marconi and had no issues. Managing partner should be embarrassed that his shift lead and worker was so incompetent, rude, and driving away business. When I worked at the one on junction, this would have never been allowed.
