They do not have to worry about me ever returning to this location, not only did I have to wait 25 almost 30 minutes for a small tot, mozzarella stick, and cheddar pepper, when I received my food it was so cold the cheese was clumpy. I tried to get the man’s attention and although he acknowledged me, he never came back.

The food was good. The staff was amazing. The issue is there was 1 poor guy busting his butt running this place solo. That’s incredibly unfair to this guy who was doing an otherwise great job. Food was fresh and cooked correctly.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, and I have worked in the service industry for most of my career, so I would like to think I have patience. However, oh my god this Sonic is not only a hot mess, but they aren’t even kind about their mistakes! Every. Single. Time. I come my drinks are wrong. Mind you, it takes about 20 minutes for two drinks. Twenty minutes, a wrong order, and when I try to correct it, they GENUINELY TURN OFF THE MIC ON ME. Shame on me for trying to keep giving them chances I know my girl Heidi wouldn’t have done this. (idk how to spell her name, but she worked there for months when I would come daily before work. I miss u girl )

This is the absolute worst sonic anywhere. If you order anything, it will take at least 30-45 minutes if you’re willing to wait. They simply do not care at all. I will never go back. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Cashier rude… and shakes suck.. paid 6.00 for it too.. literally jack in the box has better shakes .. and hopefully your not in a hurry. We waited 35 to 40 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. Go somewhere else dont waste your time here.

i made an online pickup order on my phone, i ordered some food (food itself was great, no problems there) and the “twisted flamingo” drink from the new(?) flavorista favorites menu. i instead received a mysterious green drink so i asked an employee and she didn’t know what i was talking about until i showed a photo. (she was very nice and was just doing her job so my review does not reflect on her at all, just this location & sonic in general.) she went inside and checked and came back a few minutes later saying they don’t have the flavors/ingredients to make it, but it seems to just be sprite, cherry & vanilla (which i am almost positive they have) and cream. frankly as a place that mostly serves drinks i would have expected more drink ingredients to be present she said maybe tomorrow they’ll have the ingredients but i wasn’t offered any compensation or replacement. the drink i did receive is (i believe) the twisted lime red bull drink. i have no problem with this (it doesn’t taste that good but i will deal) but if this is what i received, i am worried that others are possibly receiving wrong drinks which may have ingredients they are sensitive to (i.e. receiving dairy drinks when no dairy was ordered, receiving caffeine when no caffeinated drink was ordered, etc) which could be problematic for those with allergies or caffeine sensitive people (children, pregnant women, those with heart conditions etc.) this is the first time my order/experience at this sonic has been subpar and i’m honestly pretty disappointed but hoping it’s a one-off.

The employees here are very indifferent, I waited 5 minutes on the way to the drive in, no one spoke, and I came to the front, they took care of the people who came before me, they didn’t even look at me, their work there was disrespectful

I drove up to order breakfast only to see a sign posted on the order menu board that read they were “Closed due to No Water”. They are currently closed! Don’t waste your time driving over. I ended up at McDonald’s across the Hwy only to also get disappointed.
