Been patronizing this establishment for years always been a good experience. But tonight was horrible. The service was quick. But the order was not appetizing. Number one I ordered crunchy tacos. They were not crunchy. The shells were stale and I ordered a bean burrito with no onions even stated on the ticket, but there were onions in it. I asked for Fire sauce, but I was given mild. That’s not even sauce and last, but not least ordered the cheesy Festa potatoes and was not given a fork.
In the past, the food has always been satisfying. Today it was not.

OMG PLEASE LABEL THE FOOD!!! We ordered 8 burritos in 3 different flavors (including 3 burritos in a vegetarian option), and only ONE beef burrito was marked properly. How are we supposed to distribute these mystery burritos to our crew????? I truly appreciate your accuracy rate and speed, but it does NO good if you give me a bag full of mystery food!
I’m letting the suits at Taco Bell HQ know that they need to chill out on the OTD speed requirement so you guys can have more time to label our food properly. I’d rather get my food 60 seconds later if it means someone has time to label the food properly, either by using stickers or using a marker. For example, in this order someone could have put a CC on the three chili burritos OR put a CBR on the four cheese beans and rice burritos. You can’t hand out SEVEN burritos all wrapped the same when there’s 3 with chili meat and 4 that are vegetarian. This has been a recurring issue at your Bradshaw location for a LOOOONNNG time.
Again, I realize it’s the clueless suits at Taco Bell HQ that are causing all these problems by pushing unreasonable OTDs just so the corporate officers can pad their bank accounts. But there has to be a solution to this mess to make sure people can properly identify their food without cutting it open?? STICKERS are an idea!! Especially for special limited-edition items. Or HQ can send special wrappers to identify special items. Do SOMETHING, seriously.

Jan 2026 I went on Wednesday around 10 PM and this is not only time happened. It happen in the past to. I asked for extra sauce and checked the order immediately. When I pointed out there still wasn’t enough, the employee insisted she already added it, which was clearly not the case. The issue wasn’t the sauce itself, but being brushed off instead of helped. Customer service could be much better

Driver, I frequent this Taco Bell regularly, but unfortunately, I never get any help from the staff. Not only do they not help me, they don’t help any other drivers either. The staff just chat and show no focus on the job. The only person who really helps anyone is a tall worker. Other than that, none of them help. It’s really frustrating.

Long/short of this, MANAGEMENT short staffing lead to long wait times with walk ins, drive through, sit down customers and pick up to deliver having to deal with their experience. Staff was courteous and helpful when given the time to react relatively to preparing. Restaurant was a disaster. Drink area was messy with straw wrappers and liquids spilt onto the service area. Even the ice tea dispenser was broken and 2 flavors had no carbonation. Worst was the smell of urine in a part of the restaurant which coincided with patrons sitting on the opposite side. A very poor representation for TB for which this location status is typical. Included with this review are 2 pics which does not tell the true tale of this particular afternoon.

Literally ANY other taco bell is better then here. Food is constantly cold (makes sense when it’s waiting for you as you pull up to pay). Food is Literally thrown into bags and boxes.

I never review fast food but this was so bad I had to. Been eating taco bell since the 90s, have never gotten taco bell so gross it was inedible. Ordered 2 chicken enchilada burritos. Burritos came with like a spritz of enchilada sauce so it was basically white chicken, white rice, sour cream and cheese. Everything was also room temp. Just gross.

I never leave reviews but my experience today has made me want to leave one. I am incredibly disappointed. I am vegetarian so there is not a lot of options to eat out at Taco Bell. I ordered the spicy potato soft tacos. The tortilla was wet and soggy. They put it in the microwave how can I tell! My lettuce was warm and the cheese was melted! The potato’s were soft and not even cooked all the way! This by far was not fresh and past the holding time! The spicy sauce that goes on them was barely in there! This ruined the entire meal! To top it off I was trying to ask the lady for more sauce and she closed the window on me while I was still talking! This is the closest Taco Bell to my job I will never give my business here again ever! I will drive farther to the Taco Bell on Marconi avenues which is the only Taco Bell that makes the potatoes the right way and the tacos!!
