I come to this Starbucks all the time as it is the closest to where I live. Today I went in the drive-through and ordered a grande green tea Frappuccino with oat milk and an extra half scoop of Matcha. The person taking the order seemed to have issues hearing me, which is fine. It happens. But when I drove up, I wanted to make sure with him that it was made with oat milk as I have issues with dairy and cannot drink it. He went to go tell the person making the drink, and I could overhear the person sounding frustrated that I was asking for oat milk, when that’s how I ordered my drink so it seems like there were some miscommunication between the two. So he comes back and gives me the drink and it looks like there’s like no Matcha in it. So he told me that it was only made with just a half scoop, then I clarified that I wanted an extra half scoop additionally on how it’s normally made. So then he went back to put more tea in it, and I could hear the same person who made the original drink complaining about me and that I needed to pay extra for that, when the thing is, I’m simply just asking for my drink to be made how I ordered it. I finally get the drink made right and drive away, but it turns out that it was made with dairy because 10 minutes after drinking at my stomach is now hurting. I checked the label on the drink and normally it says that it’s made with oat milk when I order it, but it does not say that on the label.
I understand that there could be miscommunication problems, but but I don’t appreciate is people getting frustrated with me when they’re the ones messing up and I’m just asking for what I paid for.

Easily the worst starbucks in broward county. Corporate needs to take control of this store and get it under control. There are so many great stores in broward , and this one is easily the worst. Total lack of service, effort and efficiency. Order online and go pick it up to see for yourself.

I was waiting for my drink in this Starbucks and this woman came up to me and looking at me up and down. Weird woman and saying things to my in my face invading my space. Saying things like look at yourself at the mirror, things like that. She’s weird. Horrible experience here. I told the guy that works there to call the cops . I told her she was harassing me. I had to repeat this several times. I bet You she wouldn’t say this to a black woman.

Baristas had a negative attitude and were not very friendly at this location. We watched one barista overfill a Frappuccino lid with whip cream and then use her un-gloved finger to flick the excess off onto the floor. We also overheard a customer complaining that he just witnessed someone take out the trash and then refill the coffee stirrers without washing his hands or putting on gloves. Not to mention the refreshers we ordered were super watered down. I would be interested to see what the health inspection score of this location is.

I ordered a drink with plant based milk and no whipped cream. The drink I received had both. When I went back to have it re-made, it was made with milk, and I had asked for it to be made again only for the drink to taste like ice and sugar. Throughout the experience, the service seemed bothered, although it was an inconvenience they created.

So I’m normally a regular here and I go quite often but I’ll no longer ever be returning. This Starbucks had me waiting 40 minutes for a drink and I ended up having to leave because it was taking way too long. Whoever that barista is, the woman with glasses and dark hair needs to be fired, cause you’re taking way too long. Pathetic worker

IF I COULD RATE THIS A ZERO I WOULD! On top of the fact that this Starbucks is already RIDICULOUSLY slow, today I went in the drive through because during the afternoon it’s not usually as busy. I’m talking to the guy in the intercom & you can just tell he has an attitude the ENTIRE time I’m trying to tell him what I want and after every single thing I say he’ says with the nastiest attitude “is that it” like maybe if you LET ME FINISH TALKING BC I NEEDED TO EDIT CERTAIN DRINKS then you would know if I was done or not. I can understand if you said in a non rude way “would that be all” but NO. I ordered three drinks & a food item for myself & my coworkers. I get to the window hoping it wouldn’t be the person with the attitude to greet me & accept my payment, & from his entire demeanor & ATTITUDE once again I could tell it was him. From the way he took my payment to me leaving he just made me feel SO uncomfortable like I was such a burden which I would never try to be. I don’t write reviews nor have I ever written a negative one but from how Eli made me feel I just HAD to. Idk what he had going on but ELI should really learn some customer service skills. On top of the fact that he had an attitude, like I said previously I had ordered THREE drinks & a food item I had a venti a grande & a tall he hands me the venti knowing I had other drinks & I had to ask for a cup holder & again after asking you can see on his face that my question was such an inconvenience & then on top of that I personally asked for a straw for my shaken espresso & then as I’m driving off I realized he didn’t even give me a straw for my friend’s VENTI frappe so ofc I just give her mine. Not to mention when I get back to work to give my friends their stuff I explain that I’m upset because the guy at Starbucks was so rude & guess what my friend said she had that SAME experience with that SAME guy!
