Tried Culver’s create-your-own dish today – went with a vanilla base, mixed in strawberry and cookie dough (two free mix-ins, extra if you add more). Others in the group tried the pumpkin cone and cocoa puff concrete mixers. Mini or medium size is just right.
Overall, a really good experience – nothing beats enjoying creamy custard on a hot day with a cool breeze outside. ✨

Unfortunately I had to change my review, down from what used to be a 5 star, experience. I’ve been coming to this location for years, but unfortunately I cannot justify the good service for the lack of food safety training, any longer. Everybody here is always really nice, and the food has always been good, but lately I have seen some things that just make it to where I cannot return, and people with health issues need to be aware of what they are dealing with. I have watched people handle food after touching the trash without changing gloves on multiple occasions, and this time there was large long dark hair cooked right into my burger. Keep in mind these are the only things I am aware of. I don’t even want to know what else is happening behind the scenes. The occasional slip up is understandable, but it has become excessive and unacceptable. This is becoming a recurring issue at many places, but this is the only place in this area where it really bothers me, because staff here is always nice and the food was good for the price. I really hope somebody who can do something about it fixes their lack of food safety training for the entire staff, and once again, make this a safe place to eat. There are many people like me with health issues, that cannot have even one slip up without getting sick and winding up hospitalized, and they absolutely need to be aware that these things are happening at places they are choosing to give their money to, and trusting with their food safety. Like I said, I really hope this review reaches the right people who can do something about this, and the only reason everything is not one star is because the people are really nice, and it was not a place to avoid, until recently. Even the manager who gave me my refund today after seeing the hair in my burger, seemed to understand they have a big problem that needs addressing. I can tell from their demeanor that they were embarrassed and felt bad, and that they wished something could be done. I have had enough jobs to be able to tell that they probably tried on multiple occasions, with multiple failed attempts, due to lack of proper leadership.

I really like this Culver’s, I prefer it to any other I’ve been too. The food is consistently delicious and it’s always clean. I recently visited with a group of 8 for a family birthday and they accommodated us easily. We had a small issue with several items being wrong but when we told the staff about the mistake they quickly fixed it without question. The staff there at the time were all very professional and respectful, and they made the experience much more pleasant. I will definitely be eating here again.

Food is always good but they have problems putting the entire order in the bags. 2nd time to get home only to realize an entire meal is missing. Lesson learned – check your bags before leaving.
