I made on online order to pick up in the drive thru, went through line no problem but got told I park in a spot to wait for food….no worries, but I waited for 15 minutes and all the cars behind me were served no problem. I finally went in and had to yell in the back because customer service is non existent anymore, and they make me wait 5 more minutes. All for a quarter pounder apparently. So it takes 20 minutes to cook a burger. To top it off the manager didnt even apologize for the wait.

They got a little scam going on… 2/5/26 @ 2:30am paid cash and only gave me bills back no change then she tried to act like she didnt see me waiting. She then left the area… but I didnt leave so finally she came back and asked if I needed something. I said yeah the rest of my change. She then said “oh we aint got no change” then she acted stupid about it but finally opened the drawer and got the rest of my change. I think the manager is in on it… these employees nees to be investigated because this was deliberate and obviously orchestrated. It wasn’t just a few cents… and the change was right there in the drive through register. Can’t eat my food either with worry they got mad and did something to it because I called her out on it.

My family orders McDonalds like twice a month, and this one’s right by us, but I swear I have never had my order done correctly here. Like 30+ orders overtime, every single one of them from this McDonalds have never been right. There is always something made wrong, or missing , or just all around not right. Hate to be one to complain but it’s actually crazy how consistently wrong this place gets my orders. Again, I have never received a complete order from this McDonalds in all of it’s existence.

Got my mobile order around midnight. Was greeted fine at the first window. When I got to the second window I waited too long. The person who brought my order didn’t greet me at all and gave me dirty looks. Food cold. No napkins in bag for 2 orders. Service about as poor as it gets.

This is a good McDonalds. The store is clean and well designed. They have the new ordering kiosks so you can place your order yourself and they will bring it to you. Very cool!
I like to get the hot fudge Sunday, which is really good here.
I recommend this place to grab a quick bite to eat.

This is the worst place I have ever reviewed… I kept giving chance after chance for them because I get it. It’s fast food it’s stressful. From the management to employment nothing goes right here. My order is constantly wrong and when I asked to speak to managers multiple times I’ve been hung up on or they make me seem like the rude customer because they continuously mess up orders. Even when you do talk to them they mess it up again. Like c’mon man. This place I do not recommend to anyone. I even hoped when they rebuilt recently things would get better. Nope. Way worse. This place is chaos.

This McDonald’s is hit or miss. Sometimes the line moves okay, and other times it’s really slow. The nuggets are good, but the sandwiches usually look sloppy. One time mine was wrapped so poorly it was basically open in the bag. I’ve also had items missing from my orders, and the workers seem unorganized with bags sitting out and orders getting mixed up. Overall, not a reliable location.

Im finally reviewing this place after ordering food from here since the day they reopened. I have gotten it quite often but will NEVER go back to this nasty place. Newly remodeled. Most of the people who work are very rude and careless (there is 2 girls who work breakfast that are always so nice.) The food is always disgusting. Bread is usually hard and flakey, meat is so thin and usually burnt, fries are always undercooked and stale. Portion size is horrible. I typically get a small fry and its usually half full (maybe a pinch of them) the mcChicken meat is very thin and chewy with a very tiny amount of brown lettuce. This place should have closed down instead of remodeling.

Extremely disappointed with the McDonald’s on Broad Street in Elyria. DoorDash drivers were not being given their orders, yet there were two male employees standing inside the restaurant smoking instead of working. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior and reflects very poorly on management.

Entrance near the beginning of drive thru smells like cigarettes. My burgers weren’t wrapped well at all and the outside of the wrappers were greasy and messy. Food tasted like a basic McDonald’s burger and my frappe was good. Kids got an extra nugget too. The drink station was pretty gross, with garbage sticking out of the trash and sticky surfaces. Didn’t talk too much to the workers cause it was an online pickup order.
